There was never any pressure to sell us anything. They came out and inspected the roof, told us exactly what had to be done. After that he told us that an estimate would be emailed to me. The email arrived the next day with the estimate. Also they stated that if we choose them, to reach out and they would started the process and have us a new roof within 2 weeks (usually). During the process they kept us updated of things. I contacted them at the end of the day, Friday before July 4th. She was off July 4th week. and would respond back the following Monday with a date. The Thursday of that week, we had our roof. They took their time to do it right. They didn't throw it on in 4 hours like some places. They did an excellent job cleaning up and they were respectful of our property. The young lady in charge of the crew, told me she thought for sure that we would have to replace plywood before they could install the materials. Honestly we did too. They had the opportunity to Jack up the price and did not. In todays world, that is unheard of. We will be getting gutters from them at a later date. S&S Roofing Thank You you all!
