I got bids from several companies through Yelp and ABS was the most readable quote. I got them scheduled and they showed up when they were supposed to do the job, they assessed the situation and got up in the attic to clean out the vent pipe leading to the roof. After around 30 minutes or less, the guys were done. Since then I have had ZERO issues with the dryer and should have gotten this done when I bought the house. Good service, I would use them again.

Advanced came out and fixed it-though they did were unclear whether it was caused by a bad install, or faulty equipment. If bad install- they should own up to it and cover damage, or at least have the discussion. If it was equipment then they should have had a discussion with the manufacturer. What did they do? Nothing. Never responded to my multiple calls. This all could have been resolved with a conversation about who is liable after damage is done due to their installation. Great pricing, but make sure you factor in the cost of potential damage to your home.

Samantha in the office is great at her job, and their technicians are experienced and highly skilled!
