I contacted Eagle Point Solar, not knowing if the cable just needed some caulking, or outright replacement. I was contacted by one of the VPs of the company! He got me on the list for the repair crew working our area. The repairman arrived yesterday, and quickly replaced the worn housing, checked that the overall system was working, and was promptly on his way. He was polite and professional. I was impressed with the good customer service, and how EPS kept me closely informed on when to expect their technician. I am pleased with the service they provide. I would recommend EPS to others.

They ring our doorbell and are very aggressive both physically and verbally. This is not an isolated incident. Our little blue rocket was humming and happy as we boosted our charge quickly. There are several food options in the immediate area with a Culvers and a Dennys adjacent to the charging area. Across the street there is a Famous Dave's Barbecue and if you have a hankering for cheese there is Market Square Cheese. Yay!
