I believe Terminal A is in the process of adding more. Terminal B has many different airlines. I see mostly Southwest, Alaskan, and Hawaiian airlines. The signs say that JetBlue, Volaris, Frontier, and Aeromexico are here, too. As far as food goes, there's BAWK! By Urban Roots, Cafe Bernardo, Starbucks, Temple Coffee, West Coast Sourdough, Burgers and Brew, and much more. There's also shops to buy magazines, souvenirs, snacks, and drinks. There's ample restrooms all around. There's several charging spots for your laptops and phones. There's also several filtered water stations, too. Overall, a great small, yet busy airport! Once you've passed the TSA part, you'll just have to get your food, snacks, and drinks and be ready to relax until it's time to board.

Right now they have local favorites like Temple, Bawk, Cafe Bernardo, and Nixtaco. I love that Temple is front and center as you make it through security and it's a welcome coffee option for the terminal, On top of these local businesses there are a few other options, including small airport markets to pick up candy, drinks, souvenirs and more before or after your flight. This terminal is also pretty spacious with a good amount of seating for those waiting on flights as well as additional seating near the central restaurant area. There is a quick tram ride to and from the terminal and it can get a bit crowded, but even during peak hours the flow of the airport is smooth.

I grabbed a coffee at temple which I thought would eat some spare time but the whole process was surprisingly quick. You order and pay at the kiosks up front which helps the like go quickly. Then once your order is ready your name is called out. I think I only waited a total of 10 minutes! The one thing I will say is that sometimes they don't call names out very loudly so you have to stand close.

For now, they have made some fun changes including many local businesses being featured in Terminals A and B. From our trips the airport is easy to arrive to, pick others up from, check into flights and navigate, they offer some decent food and drink options, and have a good amount of seating for those waiting on their flights. They also fly to a good amount of places with non-stop or connecting flights. Security is typically very efficient and we always arrive early for our flights and find ourselves with plenty of time ahead of takeoff to visit the restroom, pick up some bites or sips, and walk around. Baggage claim is also pretty straight forward and we've never had a problem picking up luggage after a trip and getting picked up or requesting a ride from Uber/Lyft. This airport is one of the more comfortable and easy to navigate airports that we've been through.

We walked in and she asked for paperwork on his dog but its unlawful to ask for registration paperwork for a service dog. The only thing that can be requested is what tasks can a SD provide or the question "what is a service dog?" You cant ask for paper work or what disability someone has. She told us that she doesnt know ADA laws but that the website "Expedia" which is what i booked though, told them they have to ask and get scannings of the paperwork. I explained that legally they cant ask for that and she went on saying "I have allergies to dogs so they allow me to ask" well legally they cant. They nearly denied us the room i paid for with no refund all because of my partners very much needed service dog. Seperate from the dog, the bathroom was COVERED in mold and German field roaches, the table in the room was broken to the point it can injure someone, tv doesnt work, bed was hard as a rock, ac didnt work, and you can hear literally every little sound from any room or outside. Turned out it wasn't the bedsheet, but the mattress cover underneath that had extensive pilling, and we could feel all the little balls of fiber. One of My Most Utilized Stops…read more SITREP This is a stop I make at least a few times a week. THE SETUP Sandwiched between 29th and 30th Streets along what would be R Street, the 29th Street Station is fortuitously covered by the overpass of Business 80, so there is at least a modicum of protection from the overhead elements. MY DESTINATIONS Even though not at all near my work nor my home, it IS the closest stop to my P.O.Box at the Ft. Sutter Post Office on Alhambra, and it is also the most convenient connection for me to jump on the Route 67 or 68 Buses that take me to my stops at the Arden Fair Mall or my medical appointments at the Kaiser facility on Morse. THE FARE Stars off against the general system practice of not allowing validated passes used for light-rail to be used for the buses as well at this station (or any station). This is where Sacramento Regional Transit has no customer service consideration for it's clientele in that they force payment for every single segment of travel. "Shame on you." THE LOWDOWN A decent example of a fairly nice station, but part of an overall expensive yet deficient transit system.

But I felt that the staff was always kind, friendly, and understanding. Volunteers who came to clean the common areas were pleasant and polite. They fixed everybody heaters and hot water, but ours. Our hot water was working but not the heater and it's raining so much and it's so cold in there, they asked for money and we told them why do we have to pay if the heater doesn't work and to go check it out for themselves it's like a ac in there and they said ok and then they called the cops on us when they said they were gonna send somebody to look at the heater and then the front office said oh everybody heaters work I need money now and we paid them and then 2 minutes later they came to the door with the police again and said here take ur money back the staff doesn't want u guys here too many complaints but we've never interacted with the staff or anybody , most of the time we be at the hospital with our son. We asked what they said and they said oh we don't know and they kicked us out like some dogs in the rain. So unprofessional please don't go here it's not worth $50 a day . Within minutes of checking in, I noticed visible cleanliness issues that were hard to overlook, including dark spots and stains on the bedding, debris and dirt under the bed, and general signs of wear throughout the room. These are the kinds of things most guests notice immediately, and it made it difficult to feel comfortable settling in. Beyond the bed and floors, the room showed additional signs of poor upkeep. The lamp shade had visible stains and discoloration, and the privacy drape had what was very clearly someone's dried snot on it. Once I saw that, yes, I inspected the room further because I felt I had to. While checking the bed, I found dried raisins wedged between the mattress and the box spring. There was also an odd white powdery substance on the bottom of the TV that continued across the top of the dresser. None of this should ever be present in a room that is supposed to be cleaned and ready for a new guest. What made this more frustrating is that the room did not match the photos shown on the website. The online pictures present a much cleaner, better-maintained space than what you actually get in person. The difference between expectation and reality was obvious right away. Breakfast was another area of confusion. Some places on the website say continental breakfast, while other areas call it grab and go. In reality, you have to fill out a paper form with your selections and drop it off at the front desk. That may work for some people, but the way it is described online is inconsistent and misleading. Parking is now an additional $12 per day. We were given a paper to place in the car at check-in, but when we left, we noticed plenty of cars in the lot without any visible paper at all. It's unclear how this is actually monitored, and it came across less like a managed system and more like an easy way to collect extra money from guests.
