He blended it so well with the rest of the wall that didn't need repair. The second job he did this year (2023) and it was MUCH bigger! He demolished our two tier front steps that were made out of wood. Then he built a new lower tier of 10 4' wide steps topped with bluestone. Then there was a fieldstone landing before the 4 8' wide second tier of steps, also topped with bluestone. In completing this job he rebuilt and increased the height of a supporting wall on one side of the steps and built a new retaining wall on the other side. Dave also built in some lighting on the lower tier. Dave was timely, provided good communication, cleaned up after the project, and gave amazing craftsmanship.

Then when I told him that I had a small job to cut down 2-3 limbs on a high tree, his conversation turned. Rather then set up a cut appointment then, he became evasive and kept saying that he would call back in the next couple of days to set up an appointment. Why he didn't do it then, when he had me on the telephone is confusing. He then just hung up. Guess what. Just as I expected, he never called back. So much for a dependable company. I'll definitely pass this on to my friend who recommended him. Now I will pass the word to all my friends, not to use P & S Tree Service. I'm only one lost customer but I can tell a lot of people what happened.

That's exactly what they are. The best! Roseann and I were in constant communication via email and phone since the beginning of my request. She was the very first person to contact me after I filled out my Homeadvisor request, and she was the very first person to come to my property and gave me a very, very reasonable quote on the work I wanted to have done (mow our jungle of a lawn and take out 20+ persynthia bushes that took over the property before we moved in). She and her team arrived on time, stayed late, and were extremely courteous and mindful of our desires. Our neighbors even came out and complimented their work several times throughout the day. They even provided very helpful suggestions regarding our driveway that we could DIY for $600 instead of spending $3000 to have it professionally repaired. The A-Team delivered that old school, small business, "I care about my customer and want to do what is right by them" feeling that many companies nowadays simply don't provide or don't care enough to attempt anymore. Bottomline: give the A-Team your business. You won't regret it.

Sounds just fine however as November drew to a close and no one had shown up I reached out and was informed that they'd be out soon. Well Winter came and went and the pile of leaves and grass clippings they left in September was and is still in the same place. It's now mid May 2023 and I've not heard anything from them since October 2022. Oh yeah, I've already sent them an email about two weeks ago telling them to never mind. What a sad way of doing business. Who knows maybe they're out of business but the way they deal with customers is pitiful and they should be.
