Her website is nicely done, her portfolio is great, she is priced very reasonably, and she got back to me really quickly after I emailed her the first time(much quicker than other photogs I reached out to). Once I decided to go with her, she was extremely accessible and quick in answering emails and phone calls. Jenna took the time to get to know me and find out what I was looking for in our wedding pictures. She did not simply show up on the day of the wedding; she got coffee with me a month before the wedding to get to know each other (her idea!). Trust me, that made a BIG difference in my comfort level on wedding day. She was not a random girl taking our pictures - she was Jenna, the girl who cares! It was honestly like having a friend taking all of our photos. Jenna is friendly, classy, talented, and funny. She joined in on our conversations while we were getting ready, but also blended in to the background at appropriate times too. She got along with all of my bridesmaids and groomsmen, which makes the "funny shots" easier because everyone was relaxed and not being yelled at. Her husband, Will, was her second shooter for our wedding, and he was just as nice! Something else I noticed - they were dressed so nice. At other weddings I have attended, I have seen photographers in jeans and tshirts, and I thought it was a nice touch that Jenna and Will dressed wedding-appropriate. I know they may have been more comfortable in casual clothes, so I guess that is where "classy" comes into play. These are two of the nicest people who were involved in making our big day happen, and I would recommend them to any couple looking for great photography by great people. On the night after my wedding, I texted Jenna to see when I could expect to see our pictures, and within a couple of hours she edited and emailed me EIGHT shots to hold me over until the rest are finished.
