I reached out to her couple days before Mothers Day 2022 to schedule a Family Photoshoot. She booked us for a Saturday Afternoon at a park. During the session she was very friendly but she didn't really give any ideas on how to pair us as a family photo besides the standardized all together picture then individual family. A photographer with great ratings I figured she would have given us more options on poses or different ways we could take a photo. She also only used to places to take pictures in the entire park but didn't move from her location. She said she could have the pictures ready in 4-5 weeks but came Fathers Day in June and nothing. After reaching out to her via text she said she had an emergency and had graduation pictures and she was super busy. she didn't prioritize herself and we felt as she left us in the dark. We didn't receive our pictures until July 5th via a link. looking over the pictures it felt as if the time it took her to send us the link she could have made it more edited instead of adding a black and white and pop color pictures. It looked like she just did them in a rush with no purpose in trying to give us good shots. An iPhone could taken similar picture with same pixels and added the color correction. I have taken pictures at JC Penney and it was better and even received a disk and picture frames photo print outs with less price. read more

Heather is a genius! She gave us beautiful engagement pictures before our wedding so I had plenty of faith in her for the big day. And she absolutely delivered. Our pictures are gorgeous and she managed to capture so many special moments that I, as the bride, wasn't able to see at the time. Heather has done two totally different types of photo shoots for me and rocked both. The first was a pregnancy shoot about two years ago when I was pregnant with my second son, we also did some family shots too.
