I contacted them and scheduled an appointment for the 27th of May. The only reason I am giving a 4/5 star review is due to the cancellation of my appointment without notice. I called them on the 27th they said a personal issue came up and could not get to me that day. The owner apologized and rescheduled me for the next morning (first one on the list). They showed up at 8:45 am and after they cleaned the couches, I was very pleased. They were fast and efficient and very apologetic about the troubles the previous day. I would definitely suggest this company to others. I paid $100 for the two couches and they removed stains, and odors. Definitely a great company other than the mishap!

I was unexpectedly removed from the schedule with no communication, missed a cleaning entirely, and had to chase them down just to get back on the calendar. I was later told they are understaffed in the Orlando area, which explains a lot--but that shouldn't come at the expense of your customers. The only time they could offer me was a Friday at 4 PM, which is far from ideal. After going an entire month without a cleaning, someone finally came out--but the quality of the service was disappointing. My master shower was clearly not properly cleaned (only the glass doors were done), and several windows were left visibly dirty. I called immediately and was told to text photos, which I did. I received a response saying their quality manager would be reaching out "shortly" to address the situation. That was at 9 AM. It's now nearly 12 hours later, and I have received no follow-up whatsoever--no call, text, or email. I am also a local realtor, and my clients frequently ask for recommendations for trusted service providers. I was really hoping this would be a company I could confidently refer, but unfortunately, that is not the case. The lack of communication, accountability, and consistency is unacceptable. At this point, it's clear this company does not prioritize their customers or stand behind their service. I would not recommend.

However I decided to reach out week of to ensure job was still on, deposit was already paid. The cleaning lady came and did a walk thru for a final quote and how long the job would be she said about 4hrs. The day of clean. Booking was 8:00, she had told me she would be a bit late which was fine. The realtor said she dropped by around 10am and dropped off a lockbox, she saw cleaning lady there. I came to house to drop off keys for new owners around 1150. Cleaning lady was outside smoking in her car in driveway. She told me someone stole her card so she was dealing with that. When I left she was in kitchen wiping cabinets faces. I get a txt at 2:20pm from her saying she needs to leave to get cleaning supplies from Home Depot. At 7:01 I get another txt from cleaning lady that she will not be able to finish job today she will be back Sunday. She assured me everything was done except two big cabinets and floors. We get a pictures from owners and absolutely nothing was cleaned. 9 hrs at a job and nothing was done. We had to book another cleaning service. I asked for my deposit back of $100 and that was denied. Do not recommend this company for cleaning services.

Luke was able to get rid of dark stains near the edge of windows that prior cleaner failed to remove. Eddie is a great talker and tells you he can do everything and really lets you believe he can be trusted. I had a full rehab for my house including painting, new flooring, new vanities, all new light fixtures, basically total overhaul. The original bid was $23,900. I have pets so I specifically told Eddie I would be moving into an Airbnb so he could get the house done without having to work around me and I did not want my pets stressed by all the noise and activity. He agreed that the job would be done in 4 weeks. During this time, he decided to accept a bathroom remodel in my neighbors house at the same time. He only works from about 9am to 4pm with a lunch break. He was 2 weeks past the deadline and still was not finished!! He submitted receipts from the hardware store for me to pay that were parts he bought for my neighbors job! He has now charged me over $34,000 for my job that was supposed to cost $24,944. That is a 30% mark up!! The work site was an absolute disaster, they left my house in terrible shape. They sprayed my floors with glue remover and did not protect my furniture (he promised all furniture would be protected and covered) which has now eaten the stain off several pieces of my antique furniture. He took all my books and piled them on my mattress and did not cover my mattress so not only was it exposed to toxic chemicals from the glue remover he used, the mattress was filthy because he never covered it even though he promised he would. He did not wire my ceiling fans correctly so I had to pay an electrician to come and re-wire them. Ge burnt out 1 ceiling fan with his bad wiring and the electrician said it needs to be replaced. He also left screws loose on the bedroom fans so they would eventually fall from the ceiling. He stored all his tools in my garage and left such a mess, I tripped over his cords and hurt myself pretty badly. Even once I moved back in, everyday they would throw trash on the floors inside the house and then leave. Every night I would have to go around cleaning up all their trash. He bills you for items that are not complete and then expects payment even though items are not completed. I bought all the materials and because he was so disorganized, he lost several parts that I had to re- purchase. I have never seen such a messy, disorganized job site in my 30 years of property management where I worked with hundreds of contractors over the years. I could keep going, but I am sure you get the point t. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, WORST DECISION EVER! Total incompetent and can't complete job on time because they only work about 5 to 6 hours a day.
