They charged twice the amount I was assured would cover my entire rental of a mobility scooter because -- I later learned -- the price quoted was supposedly for only 7 days of a 10 day rental. (Neither of the people I spoke with said that.) The remaining three days were not prorated, but again charged the full weekly rate. I got the quote verbally TWICE, and it was plainly printed on my delivery ticket. Their answer to my double-billing inquiry was, "it's in the paperwork." IT WAS NOT! Not on any paper I signed nor on any paper I was given. Nor was I told when I returned the scooter that there was an additional charge forthcoming. I was not asked for my credit card and never signed for the extra charge. This is straight-out BAD BUSINESS.

Ordering in general was relatively easy. The product itself is extremely sturdy, high quality. After two years' of use, nothing has broken or worn yet. Some nuts/bolts have loosened, but that's due to our own fiddling with the fit. Their chairs are quite adjustable, so if for some reason your specifications/measurements didn't quite work out of the factory with the design and your dog's body, you can adjust the wheelchair in each dimension. Some minor design flaws, but nothing that inhibits the use of the wheelchair (in fact, they were so minor we simply added two tiny straps ourselves to rectify the problem...we have a long-bodied dog). Having researched other companies, Ruff Rollin' might be on the pricier end of the spectrum. But you get what you pay for. If the comfort and relative freedom of your dog is important to you, I encourage you not to skimp if possible. Ruff Rollin's wheelchairs are really meant to be lived in.
