How did I miss this?? I've been seeking a spa that caters to all my needs and that's the type of spa BlueFern is. My husband attempted to make reservations at the John Creek location, but they were booked, so he made reservations at the Suwanee location. I was a little nervous because I thought it would be less than "spa-like" given that there is a salon. I was wrong. I barely noticed the salon. The staff is very pleasant. We were greeted by Allaina And she kindly answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. She was very accommodating. My masseuse was Jolline and she was nothing but amazing! I highly recommend getting a 90 minute massage. I got the royal getaway package, and I'm so glad that I did. It includes time in the salt room. Jolline took her time and addressed every part of my body. It included hot towels on the neck, hot towels on the feet, hot towels on the rest of the body and hot stones. I've had many massages but this was the best, I will return! read more

My mom and I visited Bluefern for a spa day to celebrate our birthdays and I could not be happier with the services we received. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. We each had a 90 minute massage and then spent time in the salt room. Rana was my massage therapist and it was by far the best massage I've ever received! I highly recommend her. In between services, we were treated to tea and chocolates. Overall the service and experience was excellent and we will definitely be returning. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation! read more

I had a therapeutic massage and facial. Both were very relaxing. I started with the massage. My masseuse talked with me, asking questions to know what I wanted. She explained some of her actions during the massage. She made sure I was happy with what she was doing. Then, I went to another room for my facial. A different person took care of me. She asked a few questions before starting. The only thing that would have made it better would if explained what she plans to do. This would have allowed me to understand the process. She didn't say much to encourage me to come back or suggest what I could do at home. I enjoyed the couple hours I spent there. I got the package that comes with a facial & body scrub; Erika was my esthetician. Erika was so thorough & gentle. During the facial, which was my first ever facial, she took the time out to tell me what things I should incorporate into my skin care routine & even wrote out a recommended skin care regimen for me to take home. Came with friends for a half day experience and it was phenomenal! This was my first time visiting this spa and it will not be my last. Everyone was super friendly. I think the ladies assigned to my services were Eva and Tamara and both seemed very knowledgeable. My organic body scrub, facial, and massage were just what I needed to de-stress! We also spent 45 minutes in the salt room, which was also relaxing. Only a glass of champagne could have made the day better... or perhaps a full day spa experience! I picked this spa based on the Yelp reviews, since I wasn't too familiar with the area. I agree with everyone that gave it 5 stars. It is truly a wonderful, relaxing spa. I have to give kudos to Randy at the front desk. She is a ray of sunshine and is the epitome of customer service - you can't find that level of service anymore these days. Had a massage with Yuman and she had great techniques and good pressure, all while keeping it relaxing. The spa is clean; plenty of designated parking and has a very cute boutique to shop for gift ideas. The front door is located at the back of the building - go towards the residential gated neighborhood, and turn left before the gate. I would never have stumbled upon the Bluefern!! It was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. We had a 90 min couples massage and then facials to follow. My husband got me the Royal Getaway for my birthday. I get weekly massages from a lady I basically stalked 8 years ago because she was the best massage therapist I'd come across (I'd come across a LOT). So, anyway, I locked her down and haven't been anywhere else since. I wasn't expecting much from the massage, because, in my experience, if you ask for "firm" pressure, spa-people just lotion you slightly harder. I want elbows and digging. The lady I had today was actually the manager just filling in, but she was AMAZING. She got in there, was very thorough... you can tell she was looking to solve problems. The bonus is that she said she trains all the massage therapists and gets massages from them regularly to make sure they're doing all the right things. Then, the package also included the salt room. I was like "so, you're charging me to just sit in a room and breathe? " but I was wrong there too. After an amazing massage, sitting in that beautiful room was exactly what I needed. It was awesome in there. I don't really know why - it just was. Lastly, I had several scheduling and child-care issues pop up and they were so accommodating. They were understanding and polite at every turn. I'm literally going to recommend this place to my regular massage therapist for massages. Go there. read more

I have a long history with back pain. I have to get a massage every few weeks, not really for pleasure but so I can do normal things like shrug and check my blindside while driving. Otherwise, I'd be in trouble. Anyways. Got a 90 minute massage here. I'm giving it a 3/5 b/c I was still in pain after the massage. That's kinda rare. I get massaged often so I can tell you that typically I am pain free for at least 5 days after one. The fact that I still felt twinges of pain after...eh doesn't really bode well. Can't really say I'll be back. Massage was 110 bucks. I mean I knew that going in bu I wanted to see if paying a higher price would result in better outcome. I know a cheaper place that can get rid of my pain for half that. It doesn't look as good and it certainly isn't as quiet but they get the job done. If you are looking for that spa like ambiance though, come here. I was very relaxed afterwards. It's beautiful. There's a salon place here as well. Everyone was really friendly. read more

Wow, what an amazing place!! I was taken such good care of! Everyone was aware I was there. I went for a spa day and they didn't leave me to sit somewhere for a long period of time. They listened to what I wanted or needed. The massage was amazing. I think her name was Alaina. She took care of me and even gave me some tips on daily stretches that were simple and didn't take more than 1 minute. The luxury pedicure was so relaxing. The Salt Room cured my family!!! My 3 year old son had a cough that was going on 3 weeks. I had taken him to the Dr., we had tried breathing treatments, antibiotics and other medicines as well. I saw the Salt Room on Groupon and read about the benefits of the Salt Room and thought - I have nothing to lose! I took him there 2 days in a row and after the 2nd day - his cough was virtually GONE! I couldn't believe it!! There was a few toys in the back for children and there are some lounge chairs where you can relax and read or play on your Ipad. And I also noticed that MY skin looked amazing after being in there for 2 days as well! The place is very serene and beautiful and feels like and upscale spa. I was so pleased that they allowed me to bring my 2 sons in the Salt Room while trying to cure my youngest child's cough. The following week, my oldest and myself were starting to get the same cough. So we went back and after one treatment my respiratory issue was gone and my oldest son's cough was sounding much better. I believe in the Salt Room completely now! I am beginning to try more natural cures for EVERYTHING in my life and this is definitely worth your time and money to come and experience! We will be back for sure! Thank you!!! read more
