It's located in the Presidential Markets plaza in the old Bed, Bath and Beyond building . You can tell it's a fan favorite as the parking lot is FULL. The store itself is quite large. Cashiers to the left and accessories such as sunglasses are in the front entrance. In the rear of the store are women's and men shoes. Women's clothing in the middle and it's more than enough to choose from all designers. Typical Nordstrom Rack. I didn't check out the men's wear other than glancing over to see the set up which is to the left of the store. Beauty products on the right of the store . I only glanced at the counter didn't shop the products. So I'm not sure what products are there I love their selection of Jeans. I bought a pair w/cute white top. I saw a nice pair of ankle cowboy boots but out of my size. There is also a pick up area in the rear. That's pretty cool. Possibly order online and pick up in store The cost is reasonable although some items are still $150 plus but it's nice quality merchandise. Checkout was a breeze. 10 registers, however, all were not open but I'm sure they are on weekends. I heard over the loud speaker they're now accepting Apple Pay. So more ways to pay If you're in the area and you love Nordstrom Rack, stop by.

It is now May 29th and today I received a generic email saying the item is out of stock and I was issued a refund. BUT before that, I received a text from the store manager Mari that due to a glitch in their system, my order had just gone through on May 18th. She assured me the issue was remedied and my order would ship out the next day. When my order had not shipped by the end of the week, I emailed her directly. She replied this past Monday, saying the person responsible for shipping orders abruptly left. She again assured me my order would ship the next day. It did not, and I contacted her via text, asking her to cancel my order. Without a response directly from her, I got an automated email today that said my order was refunded because the item is now out of stock. I waited almost three weeks for my order to ship and then it got canceled, not because I requested it, but because the tote bag was out of stock. They didn't set aside one to ship to me when it was available once my order actually populated a week later. The locals seem to love this store but I'm not a local and if I were in charge, this is not the experience I'd want a customer to have or the impression I'd want to make.

My daughter and I were last minute shopping for a dress for her 18th birthday. We were pretty certain we'd find something at Windsor because we always do but on this day nothing was really jumping out at her. An employee by the name of NAYDELI assisted us with a fitting room, found out the occasion we were celebrating and asked if she could pick out some pieces for my daughter to try on. She did not miss!! My daughter looooved one of her picks and it was the one she ended up choosing! Naydeli was like a dress fairy whizzing back and forth! She was absolutely incredible and so attentive you would've thought we were the only ones in the store but she was also in multitasking beast mode! I mean from start to finish, hands down this young lady has the retail biz in a headlock! The best Windsor customer service experience EVER!! I was shopping with my 14-year-old, my 10-year-old, my seven-year-old, and my three-year-old daughter. The bench in the large dressing room would've allowed me to sit there with my 14-year-old and given me and my other three children a place to sit down after spending many, many hours walking around the mall. I was sure I could not use the dressing room; consequently, I had to stand outside of the dressing room while my other three children received rude stares and negative comments from the staff. I would hate to imagine that this terrible experience was motivated by racial discrimination, but I'm not sure what else to think. This was a terrible experience and I hope I never have to experience anything like this again.

I came in with receipt in hand to return a sweater and they said it was unacceptable. Anyways if you can avoid this spot and find another location, the mall it's in is dead anyways. The Gwinnett Place store has what seems to be less of a selection than other locations, but I've found more often than not it's easier to find smaller sizes here that are sold out at other locations. I have noticed on occasion that the MSRP price has been removed from the sale tags on clothing and remarked with a sticker gun to mark up the price $5-$10 so beware. I've often taken two of the same shirt to the counter to get them to honor the cheaper MSRP price.
