Joe's a lying conman!…read more He sold me a car long distance(I'm in Texas), I trusted the guy(I buy a lot of vehicles from different states and I have them shipped in to me), the car he sold me was supposed to be an extra nice lower mileage 1993 Mustang that was always garage kept so who would expect that its motor and transmission would be TRASHED! The motor smokes like a freight train and the transmission doesn't want to shift at take off! The motor has bad rings and someone hit car from underneath and the transmission has a hairline crack in it so it loses its fluid(another tell sign not shown in the few pics he provided is sides of rocket panels, both sides are beat to hell like previous owner wasn't a good driver and she constantly ran over things that caused damages to car, hence hairline crack on transmission). But also, as soon as you put car into any gear it has a hard clunk and he had to have known this problem too! So I paid up for a really nice lower mileage car but in reality I bought a decent body and a nice interior only! Of course I reached out to Joe with a very FAIR resolution but he's ghosted me! So now I'll be suing him in court! His only response after I told him about its major issues was that I knew he was selling it for someone else, which how would I know this, it was for sale on his fb MP act under his personal name parked at a house that I assumed was his house and it was to be paid for via Zelle or with CASH, there was no mention about selling it for anyone else, he now says at this point that he was selling it for some guy who was selling for his deceased family member but a woman's name was on the title and no paperwork including a death certificate?! RUN away from dealing with him!!! He's a liar and a thief in my eyes!

My experience as a Vice President of our HOA for five years has been a mixed bag. We have had…read moreterrible representatives and we have had great representatives (Thanks Shannon) and my take is that your experience will depend on the person who manages your neighborhood. As one of my neighbors has mentioned in an earlier review, we haven't always had a smooth experience with WD, but as a member of the HOA board, we did a lot of research and found that several of our nearby neighborhoods had dropped WD, but come back to them after trying several others. You will see a lot of negative reviews, people tend to complain when things aren't great and not say anything when they are good - it's human nature. My recommendation is that WD could stand to improve, but overall they have been good when we had a good rep, and not so good when we haven't. My SUGGESTION is to demand a different rep if you see signs that you have a poor one, and leave if they won't change your rep. But if you get a solid rep, WD overall can be a good management company to work with for a neighborhood. A couple of relevant facts... our neighborhood is on the smaller side - with 90-100 homes. That affects everything - especially contractors, many of whom do not put their best foot forward with small contracts like ours. Also, WD is one of the lowest cost items on our very transparent budget. The HOA board publishes the budget every year and it is accessible 24/7 online. It is startling how much we pay for a pool company that does the majority of its work 3-4 months of the year, and a lawn care company vs WD and their relatively low cost. In closing, while it shouldn't matter who your representative is, unfortunately in our world today, it does. Make sure you push for a different/better one if you are dealt a bad hand and WD can be a good company for your neighborhood.

We proceeded with the application process and that was even a nightmare we got back responses saying the application was incomplete even though everything was submitted. I called and spoke to Meg and she obviously had no idea who she speaking to I gave my name and explained that I sent everything and even asked in the email what specifically are they looking for? Her reply was " your credit is like 580 and we didn't receive proper income verification." I nicely explained that my credit scores are all over 650 and I sent a email the day before."oh! I'm not in front of my computer and there was other people looking at the property as well,but I'm heading into a meeting I will give you a call back once I get out and speak with my colleague that denied the application!? It's been 2 days and I left voicemails and still no response. So it seems there is a lack of communication and software issues if this was supposed to be a place that helps families or the people behind the computer that are property managers should work on the customer service side. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had! Please be aware of what is going on with this company and the people that can't multi task or stick to their words.
