I have had my eyebrows waxed in this salon twice with less than thrilling results. They have an…read moreacutal side of the store named "The Brow Place" so I expected it to be a place where they paid special attention to the brow. Unfortunately both times I was offered a "clean up" and recieved the basic Walmart style wax job. I have very light colored eyebrows which are difficult to see and most places have to spend more time to get them right. I also have one eyebrow that is thicker than the other so other places have plucked a few here and there to even them out. I realize this makes me a more difficult wax and therefore I try not to go to Walmart and I spend a little extra at specialty stores. The first time I got a wax they did a clean up job but did nothing above and beyond. My eyebrows weren't bad but they weren't even and considering I drive over 25 miles to get there I wasn't thrilled. I decided to go back almost a year later and this time my clean up has left me with one eyebrow much shorter than the other. I litterally had to go home and pluck a large portion of my other eyebrow just to make it look similar to the other. All in all she waxed a large area in between my brows and took way to much off one side. I was never offered a mirror and was in and out in 5 minutes. I take partial blame for not complaining both times but the second time around there was no point once the hair was gone. I wont be going back and dont recommend the salon unless you have easy eyebrows that only need a "clean up."

It was useless. I tried for 3 days. I went back, and had to spend 47 more on a flip phone in an exchange, and the staff refused to let me know how to work it, and it doesn't work either. No way to select a ring tone, no way to save video, no way to get music like it said, even with the directions. There is a secret club of spoiled brats who keep the magic knowledge to themselves. This is worse than no phone at all.

I am giving 4 stars instead of the 2 I feel like right now because (1) they have been great in the…read morepast and my issue was resolved, and (2) I think some of the fault lies in the parent company offering a discount online that not all stores honor. Today I placed an online order and used the advertised 15% off code. Woohoo! I completed my order and immediately got a call from the store informing me they were not participating in the discount, but they would offer the online 10% discount. I was told to cancel and re-place my order using the 10% off. OK. That stinks but the fine print did say "participating stores." I informed them that I did not have the ability to cancel my order so someone else called back to tell me she could cancel my order on their end and I could reorder, but she didn't know the 10% off code and I couldn't find it. I asked if it could be applied if I just came to the store. She said they could only do 5% if I was military! My niceness wore off and I said, "I find it hard to believe that after the inconvenience of not offering the advertised discount that you can't manually give me 10% off." She she'd she would try and figure it out. My son went in to get the batteries and received the 10% off and they were very kind to him. But seriously, there should be a way to opt out of the 15% online offer and also I should not have had to lose my temper to get the 10%. I will be back to this location.
