For 2 days I tried calling multiple times each day and received no answer. 3rd day I am told I need a new cpu and the cleaning work was done. I go retrieve my pc and take it to best buy for them to install a new cpu. Thankfully best buy ran a diagnostic and discovered I didn't need a cpu, just some thermal paste. The pc was only partially.started on the cleaning process at break. Very disappointed. Oh and website says free diagnostic but I was charged $50.​​

She check my papers to make sure, they were going to look straight and even. But when they finally came out, the printer was smearing the ink. She tried to clean it and reprinted with no luck. She gave me a couple of decent copies for free, since they were still smudges and smears. She even help find some Erasers I was looking for with the help of another store associate. Truly appreciate their help and knowledge!

I…read morenoticed that it was kinda busy with one lady working the printing side, which I am perfectly fine with waiting, however, we stood there for a little while and the lady working the printing side very rudely told us and other people in the line, that we could not return anything for Amazon for another hour and then proceeds to make snarky comments to other people about not wanting to make a sign about letting people aware that nobody would be coming. This is only frustrating because she could've made a sign instead of letting people stand there for a long time or simply told us when we got in line instead wasting our time.

I am giving 4 stars instead of the 2 I feel like right now because (1) they have been great in the…read morepast and my issue was resolved, and (2) I think some of the fault lies in the parent company offering a discount online that not all stores honor. Today I placed an online order and used the advertised 15% off code. Woohoo! I completed my order and immediately got a call from the store informing me they were not participating in the discount, but they would offer the online 10% discount. I was told to cancel and re-place my order using the 10% off. OK. That stinks but the fine print did say "participating stores." I informed them that I did not have the ability to cancel my order so someone else called back to tell me she could cancel my order on their end and I could reorder, but she didn't know the 10% off code and I couldn't find it. I asked if it could be applied if I just came to the store. She said they could only do 5% if I was military! My niceness wore off and I said, "I find it hard to believe that after the inconvenience of not offering the advertised discount that you can't manually give me 10% off." She she'd she would try and figure it out. My son went in to get the batteries and received the 10% off and they were very kind to him. But seriously, there should be a way to opt out of the 15% online offer and also I should not have had to lose my temper to get the 10%. I will be back to this location. As I said, we have had positive service before. I just hope this review is seen and a better process is put in place. I am also now waiting for my refund from the cancelled order.
