Said the dumpster had always been there. Had the dumpster always been there my yard would have been torn up far worse! And no matter what you say.. you the customer will be the liar. Needless to say..... Hall's Waste Managements solution was to just pick up the dumpster. If you want good customer service ----- don't use Hall's Waste Mangement. Their only solution to the problem is to cancel your service.
