We checked in with about 10 other people. Their process was streamlined and efficient. We were in a room in 1/2 hour. All personal were great but a special shout out to Dr. Smith. I have never seen a doctor with such wonderful manners and concern and compassion. He was funny and had my mom at ease immediately. We both loved him. He walked us to the exit door. I've been coming to this clinic for most of my medical needs for about a year now. There are two…read moreseparate offices, one for the actual medical clinic and the other for behavioral health/counceling. I am a patient of both and I can honestly say the entire staff are wonderful, easy to deal with and actually care about you and the services they provide. My behavioral health counselor Sarah is wonderful and so easy to talk to. She's one of those people you feel comfortable with right of the bat . You don't feel like you're in a therapy session, you feel like you're sitting and talking with a friend. The medical clinic is pretty much the same way, my only complaint there is some days they are extremely slowwwww! I'm not sure why that is but, it looks to me like on those days they have over booked patients. Most days I'm in my appointments on time and there are no issues but, I have had a few occasions where I've been here well over 2 hours. Which if you have a life and things to do can be very frustrating! Otherwise, this is a wonderful clinic and atmosphere. You aren't just a number here, the staff really do care about you!
