When I asked for a general idea of when I might expect to see results and not looking for a specific time, she got very defensive, Rude and snappy. She refused to give me her name and refused to connect me with a manager before hanging up on me. When I later spoke to the manager, Kiah Tobee, who was very professional and apologized for the situation, explaining that the staff member Monique was probably having a bad day because there had been many rude calls. I appreciated her response, but I no longer felt comfortable keeping my appointment. At no point was I being rude. I just had questions. In today's economy, every dollar matters, and I want to feel valued when choosing where to spend my money. I hope management takes this feedback seriously -- customers should feel respected and appreciated, not dismissed for asking questions.

There was not enough set up in terms of preventing my clothing from getting stained or removing my jewelry, she just did the mask around it, and when I left, I had a lot of mask still on my shoulders and in my ears. There were several points in the service where product would get into my eyes and burn, and caused blurry vision.
