This is another business that I had planned to experience but again funds on this trip were limited so I had to be strategic when spending it. Went in here to inquire about price etc and the guy at the front was very helpful in describing the products and services he offered. It's in a small strip mall and don't look like much from the outside but the inside was layed out with conversationally placed couches. Looked like a cool place to sit, lounge and hookah. They have ALOT of flavors and he only had the grapefruit to do the fruit hookah at the time. No food offered. I will definitely experience this place on my next trip back!! read more

This place is awesome. Its new so it still has a lot of growing to do but in the 2 weeks they've been open they have already created a great atmosphere. Asthetics: All new leather seats. multiple TV's playing music videos. You can see the screens from anywhere in the room. They got the music loud enough to enjoy but not overpowering unlike most hookah lounges who forget to be a lounge not a club. The windows are tinted, you can see out but don't have to worry about people staring in at you. At night they kick on some LED's again not club lights just a little to illuminate the dark atmosphere. It really works here keeping lively yet not distracting. Plus they do have AC and wifi. Staff: The first guy i spoke with was friendly and explained everything so you won't feel lost your first time here. Then the owner came out and kept the coals going and chatted with us. Real friendly and welcoming. Crowd: Since the place is new there wasn't a lot of people here. That may be perfect for some. I had some work to do, so it was perfect for me today. Overall i can see this place taking off When word gets out. Only downside may be location. It was a little hard to find and I don't think they have a whole lot of parking but I'm sure they will overcome this to become the premiere hookah spot in the area. read more

I like to check out hookah lounges wherever I go and I'm torn on giving this one a 4 or a 5. Really liked it overall! I'm giving it a 4 because, even though they do an overall great job, I think they have potential to become even better and there are a few subtle things that I personally would change. Positives - Customer Service - Chill/attentive/outgoing/'friendly'. - TV's - it's nice to be able to watch sports and smoke. I haven't seen this in many other places. Not sure if they play anything other than sports on the TV's, since I only went once. - Price - standard. There is a $5 membership fee but I'm pretty sure that's standard in WA for them to be compliant with local laws as a business. - Flavors - wide selection, will give recommendations if asked. - Cleanliness - the hookahs themselves, the lounge space, the couches, and even the bathroom all looked and/or felt clean. - Hours - standard/great. Potential Improvements - Ambiance - Personally, I felt it was a little too open/empty, if that makes sense. Maybe that's just me. I suppose I like a sense of intimacy/privacy for a lounge, if I'm gonna bring a girl or something. Could've also been because I went on a slower night. Maybe I just don't like the couches. It just needs something added to it to make it seem less empty or something. - Location - I honestly feel the location of the lounge is its biggest setback. It's in a nondescript strip on Military Rd.. I feel the owners of this lounge would do very well if they tried to start another lounge in another area (Des Moines marina area, Burien, Federal Way, Kent valley, etc). This is by far my favorite hookah bar. When I lived in southern California we use to go to hookah bars all the time and living in Washington there just weren't any that amounted up to the ones in California. This one is the closest! the owner is a gem! He's such a sweetheart and a stand up guy its amazing. The hookah last forever! usually it dries up and you have to refill or repack it but here if you let him know its getting a little dry he comes over and fixes everything and it's back to new! Large TVs on every wall so you can listen to the music and watch the videos which are usually hip hop music videos but the owner is up for all music. Prices are VERY good!! and make sure that no matter what you have to try the ice hookah attachment!! Stop by! you're gaurenteed to have fun! read more

They "require" a phone number, claiming it's the "law" of Washington state, my thoughts he doesn't have a tobacco license, when i questioned him and refused to provide my phone number he said he wouldn't serve me. Way overpriced as it is on top of that they now make you get one bottle per person. So if I come with 2-3 people I would have to pay $75-100 they're tripping I see why that place is always empty your better of using that money to buy your own bottle and never go back and get bopped. read more

First off he was very welcoming and actually waived our membership due to us being military. But honestly the membership is only $5 for a YEAR. So yeah I'd pay. They played old school hip hop and r&b music which I love. They also have outlets to plug up your electronics which is always appreciated. Im a hookah feeeen so I pull up to Bluemist 3-5 days a week. Off tops best hookah I've had in the Seattle area; maaaaajor clouds. What sets BlueMist apart from the rest hookah joints I've been all over this country? Their hookahs are cleeeean. Haseeb, the owner, is the best hookah lounge owner I've ever met. Super hospitable and laid-back. After chatting with him for 30 mins, he gave us drinks on the house and offered to give us a ride to/from the hotel we were staying during our stay in Seattle. See, you can find the best flavors and flashy interiors, but genuine kindness and hospitality is what brings customers back! Glad I visited this establishment the two nights I was in town. Other observations about the place: decent prices, ample parking, hip-hop radio hits playing on YouTube Red on a couple of wall-mounted TVs, a decent mix crowd, not crowded on weekends, bathroom was super clean for a hookah lounge (I mean no scratched mirror, for real. 8pm on a Sunday. We walked into a completely empty lounge. Okay, maybe because it was a Sunday. Other sites had this place listed at 5 stars. How in the world does it have 5 stars??? Dude at the desk seemed nice, I guess. We were hit with a mandatory $5 "membership fee", per person... never, NEVER, have I EVER had to pay a "membership fee" at a hookah lounge. Not even in NYC. First off, the one star is only because yelp forces you to rate. I went to this place for my birthday, and was very disappointed. They force you to buy a membership, and it was completely empty except for the employees. When they set up our hookah, the shisha got burnt due to it touching the tin foil. My boyfriend took apart the top and had to fix it, and the clouds were still weak. They only played DJ KHALED, and foreign music except for one guy, who was constantly trying to change it, only to be shut down by the other employees. We asked for pirates cave, and got mint. They kept trying to get us to try to mint, and even though we said no countless times, they still gave us mint. Then we got a refill (silly us) of watermelon, and it tasted ok but it still tasted like mint, and it made me feel sick. All in all, weak clouds, bad music and bad service. Don't be fooled by the cars in the parking lot, they are owned by the employees to make you think that there are a lot of people inside. He gave me discounts for my birthday which was the only reason for the one star. I won't go back here, it was very disappointing. read more
