Terrible service. Place was almost empty. They took the payment first and didn't bring my hookah until I walked up to the counter and reminded them. They never brought the tea I had ordered and paid for even after asking 2 different employees (one of them was at the counter). Also, they never come to check if customers need anything or to refill charcoal. I don't think I'll be going there again. read more

First time coming to this hookah spot , just moved to the Tacoma Area and was looking for a chill place to relax and vibe with the hubby, we went on a Saturday night around 9 pm nobody was there so the lady at the front desk who was very helpful and patient with us explaining what they offered as well , suggested coming around 1030/11pm we heard Friday nights can get crowded ! The vibe and atmosphere was nice! And Clean , the Music was so GOOD! If your a fan of hip hop/ Rap this is the place for you! Whoever the DJ was had us dancing and having a good time ! The hookahs and the lounge itself is fine, but the service is pretty bad. Don't get me wrong... the staff has been nice, they are just cold and non-attentive. We always have to ask for coals and they take a long time getting to us. But they have TVs and music playing so it can be a bit loud but at least it's not awkwardly quiet like some hookah lounges are. Oh, and there is only one hose per hookah, no matter how many people are smoking (up to three per hookah). read more

The atmosphere of this place is pretty chill. They played rnb and relaxing music at an appropriate volume. The flavor I tried was bmw and the flavor was cool the smoke was smooth. The first time I've been at this lounge I had a pretty decent experience. The hookah was smooth but to get new coals I would have to ask the staff each time. As other reviews have said the staff is non attentive. Since my first experience wasn't too bad and the music was good I decided to return. However, this time was a complete different experience. From the start the hookah was very weak and would burn your throat. I had to ask the staff (three different people) multiple times that the hookah was having issues. Just getting their attention was hard enough because they would never check up on you or make eye contact. You would physically have to get up and stalk them. Since we continued to have issues I told the staff that we hadn't experienced these issues previously, so the worker told us they would bring us a new one which never happened. While waiting we had our hookah hose sitting on the little table which would be a clear indicator that we weren't having a good time but every time the staff walked by I would be ignored. Finally a different worker came up and we thought we were finally getting checked upon, but instead we were being kicked out for sitting in the booth since we have been in there for an hour without buying a refill. The whole time we were having issues, asking for help, and never received it. By the end of it they finally did give us a new hookah (which they were in no rush to get) but the staff handled the situation unprofessionally in which it had already ruined the atmosphere and my mood. They also "forgot" to give us the tongs to move the coal, which was their way of kicking us out. Never coming back here again, and would't recommend it to anyone. I rather go to Seattle. read more
