We were sat promptly for our 7:00 reservation, and first saw our server about 20 minutes after we sat down. We ordered a round of 4 drinks, where we waited another 20 minutes for them to arrive. My glass sat empty for quite sometime before our server came back over. Around 8:30 we ordered a second round of drinks, and at 9:00, they arrived. I immediately asked for the tab because I didn't think I'd see our server again, and she brought it over right away. Don't come here if you're in a rush!

He took our orders. Very simple Moscow mule and a crown and coke. Nothing special. It was basically a ton of big ice cubes with vodka and crown with coke. $45 later with bad service it is easy to say we won't be back. The Nest has a great water view but you can find so many others with better service, views and choice of apps.

I completely understand and respect that policy. Unfortunately, my interaction with the bartender before speaking with the manager was the complete opposite. As I tried to get her attention, I felt like she repeatedly looked at me with annoyance and made me feel unwelcome. Rather than simply explaining the reservation policy herself, she went to get the manager instead. She had a problem with Hispanics. She refused to engaged at all. The way I was treated left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially as someone who was genuinely excited to visit. A beautiful venue can only go so far when the hospitality doesn't match. I would have happily accepted that reservations were required if I had simply been treated with basic kindness and respect from the start. I truly hope this was an isolated incident because the location itself is stunning, and the manager handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, because of my interaction with the bartender I've added in the photos, I don't see myself returning. Sadly they have a Prejudice bartender.

Past visit 2+ years ago the reservation is through Tock. Recently the reservation is through OpenTable so I thought the points credits will be honored here as they are in the OpenTable network, so I redeemed points to discount $8, only to not be applied to the bill since the reservation $15 per person is a deposit and refunded on seating, instead of most places where the deposit deducts the cost of the final bill. None of the bartenders could do anything, and didn't bother raising this to management (probably downstairs at Tavern Law could've remedied the situation but the short turnaround time implied they didn't try). Additionally, when I got my drink, the bartender did not bother taking a second look to see there's a bug. It was deep inside the drink, not at the top, so the bug did not just fly and land on the drink after being served. So it was a bit negligent, especially given they jacked up the price from $21 to $25 in just 2 years. The price increase did not justify the quality, if anything, price went up significantly and quality dropped... The bartender addressed the issue by remaking the drink but the drink was noticeably smaller than the original one. It would only have made sense if I drank a lot of it, but I only had small sip stopped when I saw the bug. The experience was very frustrating overall that I didn't wish to tip, only to find out they added a 20%+ service charge without my consent when I looked at the credit card statement. That is fraud. Fraudulently adding a tip to yourself earned you a 1 star. Otherwise this would've been more a 3 star experience due to the miss from the bug, and the OpenTable issue.

This place could use some curb appeal. That's why I rated it a 4/5. It's a little sketchy walking up but quickly changed my view. Checked it out about a month ago when I was in town. First off the hookah was amazing. This is some of the best hookah that I've smoked (and I smoke a lot). The staff was amazing. The brunette working the front was not only easy on the eyes ;) but she was so kind and helpful. Suggesting a variety of smoke types (fruity, strong etc). My friends and I arrived early? So the place was a little dead but built up fast! Great R&B/rap style music. And the brunette came over and sat with rus, made us feel like we were among friends, smoked and always had coals ready for us. We smoked for several hours and it was a great experience. If you're in the Seattle area I highly suggest this lounge (just gotta get past the entrance) and you won't be disappointed! read more

Hands down the best hookah lounge I've been to! From the second you walk in you just get these great vibes from the place. They have the nicest and sweetest people to greet you! They treated my sister and I with such great service! Making sure that everything was absolutely perfect. They kept checking up on us bringing us fresh coals, beverages, and asking if we needed anything else to make our time more enjoyable. The hookah was absolutely amazing as well! They had the greatest variety of flavors, and it was just an all round fantastic experience. To top it off, their prices are unbeatable as well! I found my new hang out spot for sure! This is the best hookah lounge in the Seattle Everett area! The hookahs are top of the line, and the staff knows how to tend to you and your hookahs. The staff is very friendly, with the owner coming out on the main floor often to talk and socialize with the customers. You will find good music that's upbeat, and some very comfortable couches. Great environment and good attentive staff. The place is just a block away from the Medina Lounge, and because of its location, is often hard to find. It beats other Seattle hookah bars on both price and environment, and they also have a huge venue. The sofas are a little beaten up, but you're not there to be fancy. The hookahs cost $25, which was good for the hookah we got, since it lasted for about 2 hours. The coals were changed once during that time. It did take a while between when we paid and placed our order, and the hookah actually coming out. I'd estimate it to be 30 minutes. It's dim inside, and the lighting is different colors. There are TV screens playing music videos, from top 40, pop, hip-hop, and Arab music. No real playlist, aside from YouTube. There are bathrooms, men's and women's. In the women's bathroom, there was no paper to dry your hands. A more upkeep there would be good, with supplies and cleaning. The temp was ok, but since the space is so large with high ceilings, I felt cold from time to time. Turning the heat up would be nice. The flavor we got was mint-peach or something like that; it was really good, and I'd get it again. Make sure you turn the coals and tap them off, it makes a huge difference in the smoke quality and smoothness.
