The hookah here is decent with a good array of flavor options. However the ambience is extremely poor. Almost all of the seating is either stained if not ripped apart. There is no sign on the door indicating the name of this place. Literally identified it when I saw some severs setting up a hookah in the kitchen. Service here is slow. They charge 7 dollars for a membership fee, however unlike other hookah bars, their membership does not last for a year since the date of purchase. It just lasts till Dec 31st that year, no matter when you buy it. So you can purchase a membership on Dec 1st and it will just be valid for a month. Such a rip off!! I have been to many hookah places around Seattle and every other place gives a year long membership usually for 5 dollars. This place is so not worth it.

By far the worse hookah lounge I have gone to, even worse for being out of state. They definitely do not know what good customer service is, keep in mind, nor did once they check In with us to see if the hookah was okay or to change the charcoal. After a while the flavor was just gross and nasty, and inhaling just the smoke because they never came back out, and they charge you a membership fee? For a place that doesn't look appealing, pictures on yelp were deceiving and the place seems so sketch. Do not recommend coming here, next time I'm finding business else where. They just wanted our money, talking about only 3 per hookah and there was so many teens in just one. Ugh by far the worse hookah experience, and when we asked for Red Bull they didn't even go back to check, just told us they didn't have any!! Definitely the worse part of Seattle

This is the main seating area. They will soon open the upstairs as a private seating area.

The bartender next to us was incredibly friendly and offered excellent drink recommendations. The drinks are on the pricier side, but the quality, presentation, and overall atmosphere make it worth a visit if you're in the area. The bar staff were kind, attentive, and helped make for a great experience.

The space is elegant, unique, and lives up to the photos. I also want to recognize the manager, who was polite, professional, and kindly explained that reservations were required. I completely understand and respect that policy. Unfortunately, my interaction with the bartender before speaking with the manager was the complete opposite. As I tried to get her attention, I felt like she repeatedly looked at me with annoyance and made me feel unwelcome. Rather than simply explaining the reservation policy herself, she went to get the manager instead. She had a problem with Hispanics. She refused to engaged at all. The way I was treated left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially as someone who was genuinely excited to visit. A beautiful venue can only go so far when the hospitality doesn't match. I would have happily accepted that reservations were required if I had simply been treated with basic kindness and respect from the start. I truly hope this was an isolated incident because the location itself is stunning, and the manager handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, because of my interaction with the bartender I've added in the photos, I don't see myself returning. Sadly they have a Prejudice bartender.

Who deserves 10 stars? The Loupe Lounge does!…read more Here is the story. If you have a long layover you can stay at the airport or you can be a rebel and venture into the city. I am a rebel with a food cause and opted to dine at The Loupe Lounge on my layover. Well, that was the master plan but coming from Maui, there were delays and my little mission was diverted. Abort? Absolutely NOT! Being a SUPER optimistic about everything in life, I rushed to make a 5:30 p.m. reservation at 7:00 p.m. I know, it was pushing it but for $150 a person I did not want this opportunity to go to waste. We arrived at The Space Needle and were whisked up to The Loupe Lounge. The host was not sure if they could still serve us so she rushed to get the manager. She must have gone back to NYC Fashion Week because here comes the manager looking like a whole GQ model, super trendy manager in the house! Well, he accommodated us, very cool of him. You're an Angel cause we were starving! The food was packaged to go, it was so delicious I'm super bummed that we didn't get to experience this in person. It was pretty in a box can't imagine what it would have been like in person! Beggars can't be choosers! The meal was fantastic! Caviar was packaged with ice! How accommodating and it passed TSA. Drinks were amazing and Andrea was the BEST waitress! Lucky we had her! Overall, if I'm back in Seattle this is back on my to-do list! Very cool experience and worth every penny! Honestly pretty cheap considering all you get! The drinks alone were worth it!

The drinks are nothing special and definitely not the highlight, but they get the job done while you take in one of the best panoramas in Seattle. The revolving lounge gives you a full 360-degree view of the city, so every seat feels like the best seat in the house. You can see all of downtown, the Puget Sound, and the peninsula across the water as the floor slowly rotates. It's an easy, relaxed way to take in everything without having to move around. Bottom line: don't come expecting craft-cocktail magic. Come for the incredible views, the unique experience, and the chance to see Seattle from above in a way that never gets old.

You enter through a vault door in the back of Tavern Law by picking up an antique telephone. Cool right?! Yep. Once they let you in, off you go up the stairs. We were greeted and directed to our table. Because they don't have menus, your bartender will get to know you a bit. Think moods, taste buds, flavors you love - any insights you can offer will benefit you and your beverage. It's quite engaging and interactive. They jot down your order on a coaster which then becomes a keepsake that you can take with you. I thought it was a really nice touch. Very ideal for a scrapbook/journaling person (read: me). I went with my usual everyday state of being - READING! Make me a drink with dark academia, literature, the library, bookstores, coffee, cafes, etc etc. in mind. My drinks were very me! Both beverages were refreshing, tasty, and coffee-forward. The service was phenomenal and attentive. The energy of Needle and Thread is quirky with a variety of seating arrangements, antique furniture, and warmth. Vibey, if you will. They serve food as well, but we didn't eat. Make a reservation and indulge in this experience! Enjoy your bespoke cocktail! Also, highly recommend checking out their website to learn more about the speakeasy and FAQ's. Oh! They also check in to see if you have any allergies. 10/10!

My recent visit end of August 2026 still maintains that this bespoke cocktail bar has amazing…read moredrinks. However I unfortunately need to voice some concerns about the new ownership. Past visit 2+ years ago the reservation is through Tock. Recently the reservation is through OpenTable so I thought the points credits will be honored here as they are in the OpenTable network, so I redeemed points to discount $8, only to not be applied to the bill since the reservation $15 per person is a deposit and refunded on seating, instead of most places where the deposit deducts the cost of the final bill. None of the bartenders could do anything, and didn't bother raising this to management (probably downstairs at Tavern Law could've remedied the situation but the short turnaround time implied they didn't try). Additionally, when I got my drink, the bartender did not bother taking a second look to see there's a bug. It was deep inside the drink, not at the top, so the bug did not just fly and land on the drink after being served. So it was a bit negligent, especially given they jacked up the price from $21 to $25 in just 2 years. The price increase did not justify the quality, if anything, price went up significantly and quality dropped... The bartender addressed the issue by remaking the drink but the drink was noticeably smaller than the original one. It would only have made sense if I drank a lot of it, but I only had small sip stopped when I saw the bug. The experience was very frustrating overall that I didn't wish to tip, only to find out they added a 20%+ service charge without my consent when I looked at the credit card statement. That is fraud. Fraudulently adding a tip to yourself earned you a 1 star. Otherwise this would've been more a 3 star experience due to the miss from the bug, and the OpenTable issue.
