Caulking was included in the purchase but was not used. In one of the pics where I had removed tile in entryway to install new tile, it shows the plank was cut and left uneven. They were nice guys but loud (I work from home), unprofessional, used my tools without asking, left a pile of debris that should have been removed from premises based on work order.
