Then, I had a dental implant come loose and I was really worried but Dr. Ludwig was able to remove the implant and tighten the screw and then replace the implant. In my experience they do not overtreat any dental problem and instead look for minimally invasive ways to correct the problem. Would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.

The dentist was very rushed and didn't wait until I was fully numb. He kept telling me that I was feeling pressure not pain when it was pain. I didn't make it to VA before my mother died all because nobody checked the emergency line. They apologized but that really isn't sufficient in my opinion. I was to go for my regular cleaning this week and they called and said they needed to reschedule my appointment. I am a teacher and can only go at 4:00. They could not see me at 4:00 until June 25. They also could not work me in over my Spring Break. This was the last straw for me. I found a new dentist.

I went there recently with my youngest son, and they would not clean my sons' teeth as he was nervous, so they referred us to a different friend dentist, who could sedate him for a cleaning. We went multiple times and was charged each visit. They start with the introductory consultation visit, then eventually get a dentist to come in if the x-rays and voice was necessary then you go back again, and they removed tarter but no deep cleaning. So far, the bill is over $400.00, and nothings been done, except continuing to book future appointments As per Curly dentistry advice, we followed up with Dr. Bland, (another dentist they recommended) for a cleaning who charged me $200 to tell me he's not a hygienist and doesn't clean teeth. BEWARE. They'll make multiple appointments that could be done in one visit, they drag it out to as many appointments as they can. $$$$$$$ is the goal. I should have known better, in 2024 my oldest son was told he has12 cavities and needs extensive work. When he went back to his home in New York, he went for a second opinion and was told he has one cavity! It's all about the money. Go anywhere else.

My implants remain still loose and never went a year tight. Now when I come into get them tightened, Dr. Poe charged me to tell me that it was some other doctor that put them ins fault, that he's no longer with them and it's not their problem, passing me off to the other doctor and charging me to do so. Very disappointing and a big waste of time. They should have told me this from the beginning. Assured Dental is not about quality workmanship rather Assured dental is about getting your money. Highly do not recommend. I waited three weeks in pain for them to tell me they could do nothing and charge me and send me on my way. I've been a customer here for a decade and they didn't care to save the business nor to take care of my issue, but Assured dental only cared to get their money for nothing. I intend to escalate this dispute to my credit card company a rare move reserved for scams. I had a cavity and turns out he did the wrong tooth. My mouth was numb so I didn't know at the time. He did the tooth in the front. When I mentioned it to the doctor on my following visit nothing was done about it. A year later I go back for a dental cleaning because my insurance allows it once a year. Now am being told that they did something not covered under my insurance. Never mentioned a word to me while I was there. :( Trust my car mechanic more at this point.
