The employees stepped in, listened to our needs (budget, style, etc), and guided us to what our options could be. They had a wide variety of styles within our price range to choose from!! The employees shared ideas and truly helped us pick out what we got! We had a really great experience working with Classics, and the design service was so so helpful to us. We will definitely go back to Classics when we are ready to get more furniture to fit our style!!

There was only One worker available, and he seemed to care more about talking politics and his preference to hide in the dark on social issues rather than educate himself. Anyhow his beliefs are his own, and that's his business. Ultimately, I Would have appreciated if he would have taken the time to stop his conversation to try to do business. I tried to be patient, but I had my daughter with me, and she started to become a handful. Unfortunate for them they lost my business and I have no intention of going back, lucky for me I found a much better business not 10 minutes away.

Gander Mountain is really much more a hunting/fishing store - Scheels focuses on all outdoor activities, including running, skiing, biking, etc. Great customer service - other stores should send their staff here for training. Polite, helpful, knowledgeable - from the cashier to the store manager. Overall, best retail experience in the Mall. It is in-between Macy's and the Food Court, right across from Chipotle (the Yelp maps are incorrect, at least as of 1-2-2016

Well, I dropped the PC off on a Saturday and didn't get it back until the next Friday. I even had to call on Wednesday to see if it was one yet.
