What I witnessed at this lounge was absolutely revolting. The owner would patrol the restroom in a militant like fashion even worse is I saw him grab a rag and w the same rag clean the toilet cover to the actual toilet seat with no gloves and I did not see him was his hands after Afterwards we spent a good 400$ here and this guy has the audacity to at the end of our visit tell one of our party that we dirtyed their restroom when none of our party had done anything of the sort. When the owner is not on premises the girls are much slower at service and busy flirting specially the girl with long semi blond hair spends long time flirting and has a bit of attitude. We are regulars here and I'm disappointed. This time we also ordered pastry and it was old and cold. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but there are some pretty frustrating policies the owner has put in place that do not make it customer friendly and are quite frankly unethical and immoral. We had a group of 6 people, but 2 more MIGHT join us later if they got off work in time. We were told we had to choose if we were going to be a party of 8 because there is a minimum of $35/person. (Ummm weird but ok) The food was good, but not cheap. The hookahs were also good, but again, not cheap. Then comes the bill. There is an 18% service fee, and then they still ask you for gratuity because THE SERVICE FEE DOES NOT GO TO THE SERVERS, it goes to the "business". I honestly felt bad for the servers, I mean imagine how often they don't get tipped bc of the owner's greed. When we asked the owner we were told it is legal and we should 'google it'. I get it, you're a business and you need to make money, but just charge more for the items on the menu. Be up front, so people know what they are paying. Don't surprise your customers with an additional 18% fee at the end. And worse don't take money out of your employee's pockets by tricking people with this so-called 'SERVICE FEE.' I met a group of friends here after having dinner with my family. It was around ten when I got here and the place was just starting to get crowded. Finally, a cool late night hangout spot in the OC. It's a really cool place. The first thing I noticed is that it smelled amazing. It was a bit smokey inside, but it smelled great. Just a mix of fruity smells. I loved the artwork on the wall and the music was awesome. There was a nice mix of pop and electronic music playing here that I really enjoyed. It was loud and happening. Not long after I joined my group of friends our server showed up and got my order. I got an iced tea and a small double chocolate gelato. A couple minutes after he left he reappeared and gave me my tea and gelato. Super fast service. The gelato was delicious, super chocolatey, it was chocolate gelato with lots of little crushed chocolate chips mixed in. The tea was okay, it had kinda an off taste to it, not really my thing, but I drank it all of it since I was really thirsty. I didn't smoke any hookah, it's not really my thing, it's more of my friends thing. This is one of the few sheesha lounges that actually has descent food menu and the place is very clean and well maintained. The service is exceptional. They constantly clean everywhere and as you are sitting outside smoking there is no need for mask. I'm honestly surprised that some people has given this place less than four star. This place has horrible service and is a scam. I came with a group of 7 people. The food was good. The bottle of basic Pinot noir was $85... there were 3-4 servers walking around, we mistakenly ordered for another hookah when we had already ordered & there was clearly no communication between the services because they brought out the extra hookah and we ended up having to pay for it. (Fine.) at the end of our visit, we received the check. 18% Service charge, that does NOT GO TO THE SERVER. It goes 100% to the owner, which was confirmed by two servers independently. When asked the server about this. She confirmed customers get upset about this all the time. More arbitrary rules in place that are all geared to scam more money from the customer. I asked the host/server if the owner was here as we were leaving, I knew he was sitting right behind & she lied to me and said he's a regular which was weird. We walked up to him and asked him if he's the owner and he said yes, we told him he's running a shady business. Never again. Don't get scammed and stay away!!! The hookahs here are phenomenal! Also, this place is super clean, which I really appreciated due to the circumstances we are currently under. I recently brought my friends back and they were also so impressed. Not only are the hookahs amazing the staff was so welcoming and kind. Terrible place that charges you an additional 18% service charge on top of the 18% tip and fails to inform you of this charge beforehand. Food was also alright and prices deviated from their daytime menu by an additional $3-5. Expect to pay around $20 for a regular hamburger. Bill can easily add up to over $200 if you're not careful which is way more expensive than other places in the area that arguably provide better service and food for a fraction of the price.
