This is by far the best hookah lounge in all of orange county, maybe all of Southern Cali. The hookah hits good and lasts 2 hours. Coals are refreshed in a timely manner. The owner Tracy keeps it clean and hygienic. There are disposable hoses. The music is a good vibe. Sorry no song requests. 6 huge tvs for music videos or sports. The seating is very comfortable and there are outlets under the bench seats that are covered with comfy pillows. There are many hookah flavors. I usually choose lemon mint but recently tried berry mint and now it's all I will get now. There is seating outside with fire pits. There's happy hour hookah prices 22$. Palmz only carries the best hookah flavors. The other employees are also very kind and helpful. Shout out to Ryan and Brandon. Great customer service. This place gets busy after 6pm and on weekends. Always a regular crowd. No alcohol but many different beverages and sodas. They even have teas and coffee. Look for the palm trees by the sonic. There is parking in front and behind the hookah lounge. Wheelchair accessible. Again best place in all of socal for hookah. read more

Good and consistent hookah each time, good comfing seating, good visual appealing modern vibes, but the customer service and other little things are weird. The owner is super nice and makes sure people are happy, but some of the staff aren't much of the hospitality customer service type. You are also forced to buy a refill of hookah after 2 hours. I buy refills anyways and I understand the concept to allow more people through without having the loitering types, but some flavors can go for 3 hours, and forcing your regulars to keep buying every 2nd hour instead of maybe 3-4 hours will eventually drive them away like myself, and that's why I will drive farther to Falak hookah lounge in Anahiem where I buy refills but I'm not forced to every 2nd hour (read my full review on Falak they've mastered hookah lounges). They also open kinda late and close early (midnight is pretty early for a lounge). This place can easily get my 5/5 if they ever address these simlple things. This place has the potential to be a 5/5 and I wish they will be soon. If they aren't trying to win regular customers then I guess keeping the mandatory refill works with your once in a while newcomers but more hospitality training is needed. I will check in once in a while since they are accross my street to see if they improve these simple things. read more

This place is a vibe. Came here tonight with friends, called ahead and spoke to Ryan, asked a few questions about the spot which he was happy to answer so we decided to stop by. He did tell us ahead of time that there was no alcohol served or allowed in so pregame before you get here and just enjoy the vibes, music on multiple screens and hookah. They also have games to play. Nice ambiance and very clean and the decor is nice as well. Ryan did mention you can bring food in just no outside drinks but a water bottle is fine.
