I visited this place with a few friends on Sunday, 1/11/2026. We ordered a hookah and a large teapot. After the server nicely set up the hookah at our table, the manager came over and rudely removed it without any explanation. No apology, no reason given--just poor attitude and unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, when it was time to pay, they automatically added a service charge, and on top of that, a 3% credit card fee. This was never clearly explained upfront. That is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Between the rude management, surprise charges, and uncomfortable seating, this was a very disappointing experience. Since we were planning to smoke hookah, we had to sit outside. Unfortunately, outdoor seating during the day isn't ideal--the sun was intense and there was very limited shade, making it less comfortable for a longer stay. We both ordered the koobideh wrap. The kabab itself was flavorful and cooked well, but the sandwich overall felt bland and lacked the kind of punch you'd hope for in a Persian-style wrap. It came with a choice of salad or fries, which was a nice option. The hookah was solid, with smooth flavor and good smoke output. We hung out for about 45 minutes, ate, smoked, and caught up. However, sad to say that they have a mandatory 15 % service charge for Hooka and food (which i have no problem with) however they wont let you know when you want to pay at the register and request for an additional 15-18-20 percent tip. Is it because they use a clover cash register and wont voluntarily explain the charges and you get hustled? I accidentally paid over 30 percent in tip. Again i wont complain this time; maybe it's my fault for not checking the bill, but how about having the decency to disclose your fees? Again great food, but review your charges!!! read more

This restaurant and hookah rental is run by a professional scam artist - Daniel. When you rent the hookah they secretly charge you a $150 dollar deposit fee. When you bring up the charge they try to act like it's no big deal. They assure you when you return the hookah the deposit will be refunded in full. That's where the con begins. They do everything in their power to cheat you out of your money. Upon return of the hookah they lie, saying it will be processed in a couple of days. Their staff indicates it's an automated process - but it's not. Not at all. I noticed something suspicious when my card wasn't refunded after seven days. When I called to ask for help they got angry and insulting on the phone. They told me weird hours to call when they weren't busy or the right person would be there. It was a continued runaround. Eventually they said if I drove two hours to the store and presented the card in person along with a name, gender and style of the person who accepted the hookah return they would consider returning the deposit. Huh? This is unethical and illegal. Additionally this makes zero sense. They said their system won't allow it to happen any other way. Oh really? In all honesty they attempted to bully and threaten me like they were in the Mafia. If it wasn't so annoying it would have been comical because these guys look like they have been to the buffet every day of their life. If they are going to hurt anyone it's going to be by giving themselves diabetes. They are using classic con man tactics. I run a business and see on the receipt they use a payment system called Clover. A quick google search will show you how easy it is to process a refund on their system. Instead of being honest this business simply doubled down on their scam, refusing to give back the money they stole. Finally I had to file a dispute with my credit card and get lawyers involved. Avoid this place at all costs. They will scam you!! COMPLETE AND TOTAL SLEEZE. read more
