One for my fiancé and one to capture myself in this stage of my life, before big changes come with age, kids, etc. It's something I've wanted to do for a long time and she made it extra special. I have been struggling with some health concerns lately and during my shoot I wasn't feeling well and we had to stop part of the way through. She was so sweet and took such good care of me..... She offered me food and drink from her own kitchen, sat and talked with me until I felt better, then let me finish the shoot free of charge even though it took longer than expected. Also, I had a giant wound on my hand the day of the shoot from work that she seemingly magically managed to cover up in the final photos!! Wow! This woman is both talented and kind. However, I took the plunge. Now let me tell you I don't do sexy looks and when I try, I look super angry. So the typical "sexy" wasn't in my wheel house. My face only knows how to smile and so I did, in a lot of pictures. It was one of the first times that I felt good about the outside and was able to get comfortable with my 41 year old self. I had my hair and makeup done as an optional add on with my package and it was worth it. I felt sexy and it shows through the pictures. When it was time for my oldest daughter's senior pictures, we went through the materials the school provided, as soon as my daughter saw the work being done at Mindseye Studio it was a done deal. No other photographer was going to do. So when it was time for my other daughter's senior pics, of course there was no other choice!
