Both Dr. Heather and Dr. Brett are general dentists. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend seeing an endodontist--a specialist in root canal treatment--for any endodontic procedure. I have sleep apnea and wanted some type of mouth guard and they seemed to be a best fit based on all my research. When I came in, I scheduled during my lunch hour, and it was less than 5 minutes from the office. I loved that I got a notification reminder week of and hour before, as sometimes I tend to lose track of time. I entered into a bright lobby and was greeted promptly (by name!!!) and was checked in. The wait time wasn't long, just a couple of minutes and the dental assistant guided me back to the room. Walking through the halls, have such great lighting, great for a photo!! lol, but entered in the room, chair was super comfy and they have a tv on the chair so you are distracted for whatever dental cause brought you in! Great for those that don't like the dentist! Dr. McRay came in after getting all checked in and asked me about my sleep study and helped review over all the information in the results and explained in great detail what he was able to offer and provide me and how he is different from other devices that are used out in the industry. I was really happy with how knowledgeable he was, as well as the staff, and making me feel super comfortable with my choice and confident in moving forward. He explained all the costs upfront and what all the costs entailed, which I left feeling even more confident that I'd made the right choice. I left and took some time to think it all through and before I knew it, I was scheduling my follow up to get fitted for my mouth guard. The cool thing about their process includes some breathing tests so that they know how to make adjustments to the mouth guard and make it truly fitted for you. They sent everything off and received back in two weeks. Night one, I noticed such a huge difference in how I slept and woke up feeling so rested and less groggy. It's amazing what one thing could do to change your entire sleep cycle. It's been a few weeks now, and still loving it. I had a follow up with Dr. McRay and he is just a dream and so is the team! I've had such a great experience with them, and looking forward to future visits! Who knew you could say that about a dentist!

While I respect a provider's clinical autonomy, I believe it is the office's responsibility to communicate clearly when services may not be covered so that patients can make informed financial decisions. ​Because of this lack of transparency, I was faced with unexpected out-of-pocket expenses despite having active insurance. I value clear communication and professional billing practices, both of which were missing during my visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their patient coordination in the future. I will not be returning after almost 4 years of attending this dentistry practice.

I arrived for what I believed was my scheduled appointment to begin preparation for two dental crowns. Approximately five minutes before I arrived, I received a phone call informing me that Dr. Joshua George would not be able to see me because I needed additional dental work before the crowns could be completed. This was confusing because, during my previous appointment, I understood that no additional treatment was needed before moving forward with the crowns. When I arrived, I asked both the front desk staff and Dr. Joshua George why I had not been informed sooner if my treatment plan had changed. I also asked why I was only being notified minutes before my appointment. I was seeking an explanation because the information I received today was inconsistent with what I had previously been told. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, Dr. Joshua George began speaking over me and raising his voice while I was trying to understand the situation. As I continued asking questions, he stood over me, continued yelling, and told me that I needed to leave immediately or I would be considered trespassing. I have video footage showing part of this interaction, including him leaving the area and returning to continue speaking to me. During the incident, a member of the front desk staff remained with me, attempted to help me, and reassured me that I was not wrong for asking questions about my treatment. I appreciated her professionalism during a very uncomfortable situation. As a patient, I believe I had the right to ask for clarification about changes to my treatment plan without being yelled at or threatened with trespassing. The interaction left me feeling intimidated, uncomfortable, and unsafe. Because of this experience, I informed the office that I no longer wished to receive treatment at that location.

They do not return calls or emails, they do not send documentation after several requests. 2. Care particularly from the dentist is very rushed and he misses things 3. They definitely over file claims - look through your bill and you will routinely see high risk asssessments for which they bill extra even when other dentists don't (I compared and switched) 4. They take more Xrays (now they force twice a year on routine xrays) and you guessed it - they bill you extra. The 1-star I gave is for the hygenist who catches more issues than the dentist does!

They explained each step to me and after my xrays they explained what the next steps were before the doctor came in. There was a long wait. I only saw 1 dentist there but I was told they were short on the staff the day I went. The dentist explained some concerns and options for me and they brought me a quote to think things over. The dentist did my cleaning with an electric tool. It was very painful for me. Next time I will ask if he can use the manual one. But the dentist was kind and I can tell he was working hard to get to all of the clients waiting.
