Dr. Patel always goes above and beyond to help her patients. My brothers live out of town and she accommodated by helping me to get them Saturday appointments or appointments when they were on breaks. They needed a lot of work, and don't have pain. She did amazing with them ages 14, and 16. I have also been going here for about two years and have had bridges and many cavities filled. They have helped me with giving me detailed treatment options and always getting me fit in for anything urgent. My first time coming here was last Tuesday (5/21) and it was awesome. The facility is so clean & modern that I loved it. In each room, there's 2 TVs/computer screens for the patient to watch something while getting their teeth cleaned, which I thought was cool. The staff was very kind. I was supposed to stop by so they can get some more information about insurance, and when I was inside of the office I tried to find a door to get closer to the receptionist because she was way to far from where I was, and she keep telling me "yes, how can I help you?" And I asked if I was supposed to talk to her from where I was standing and she said "yes, how can I help you" and let me tell you something I'm not comfortable disclosing information in front of two other patients (I don't think anyone would feel comfortable) and the way she talked to me was not professional, if she feels stressed i think she can get a break instead of talking in a bad mood to any person, so I just walked out. read more

Dr. Krupa Patel is very friendly and excellent Dentist. The staff at Southern Charm Dental is very friendly and welcoming as well. Dr. Patel was very honest and understanding about my situation and helped me through the whole process. I dread going to the dentist and she and her staff made sure I felt comfortable. I picked this place because of the new technology and warm inviting office. They use state of the arts technology and have TV's for you to view. Also they use tablets to fill out the forms, which made me feel like I'm at a modern clinic. I had a tooth ache and they were able to diagnose the problem right away. They recommended great endodontists for my root canal procedures, as I needed a specialist due to my strong gag reflex. I'll have the rest of the procedure done at Southern Charm with having a crown placed. I'm very happy with Southern Charm Dental, everyone is friendly and understanding. I made an appointment for myself with their easy online booking. I got a $49.00 new patient special from their web page for a cleaning, exam, and x-ray and did not feel treated differently (some offices will ignore you when they now you have a coupon) I arrived at 9:00am and was promptly greeted seen less than 15mins later. I would highly recommend Southern Charm Dental. Dr. Krupa Patel is very thorough and explains everything well. The staff is also excellent in explaining what they are about to do and are gentle in their actual treatment. Not only was Dr. Patel gentle with my teeth cleaning, she was friendly and spent time answering my questions. I would also say that the staff is very patient and took the time to go over a complete treatment plan with me and spent time with me for questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for a new dentist as I was pleasantly surprised coming from my previous dentist. The waiting area has a snack and beverage bar. The offices were very clean and pleasant to be in, with Tv's and Netflix where you are allowed to pick your own movie. I'm planning to come back and get all my dental work here. I HATE going to the dentist but truly have nothing but nice things to say about Dr. Patel. From the entrance with the AMAZING Chandelier to the procedure rooms with neck pillows and a TV that's mounted on the ceiling I was completely put at ease by Dr. Patel and her husband. She fully explained what dental work was needed and even though my appointment was only for a routine cleaning she suggested I start working on some major dental work that I needed to have done. Dr. Patel walked me thru a plan of treatment and when I left I had my cleaning, 5 cavities filled (two of which were under my temporary crowns), had my two crowns built up and will be back next week to have the permanent crowns set. I will also be getting an implant done in January on my last crown. Dr. Patel was extremely gentle and kept me comfortable. I felt 0 pain and was kept comfortable throughout the 3.5 hours I was there. I will be bringing my kids in January for their 6 month cleaning.. with all the new technology they will LOVE to come here and get their cleanings!
