I posted a detailed description of several service failures today (empty lotion bottles, machines with controls that appear to have been hammered *bed #6, unclean beds, shortage of towels, and no refund for upgrade fees when I was unable to close the door on the "upgraded" room, etc) and the owner, Sal, immediately back charged me $100 for months during which my account was frozen, it'll be another hundred to cancel but worth it. He then called and texted me with personal attacks, saying I'm rude to him and his staff when I report issues. Finally offered to "deal" with me if I take the review down- see pictures attached. (I removed pics of the text conversation at his request because he sent notice that his attempted bribe was "privileged and confidential" and threatened a lawsuit when I shared them but he offered to cut the cancellation if I removed the review... while still keeping the charges for frozen months!) After being cheated out of my money and harassed... this is the updated review. The service and accommodations are not good at all. I've had memberships at sun-kissed and at Tan perfection and never any problems. (I would recommend either of them. ) PS-Don't leave a poor review for someone who has your credit card on file unless you know they are honest and fair. Update: he added another charge... that's 3 times today so now my cost to post is at roughly $250 but what's right is right.... I wanted to use some of my 22 sessions I had left. I called to make sure I was correct on the number of sessions I had left. I was told by the new owner that everyone was given 90 days to use up their sessions from before. I said was I sent an email, text, phone message saying that I had 90 days to use them up. And she said, "I didn't have to....Honey, do you have a lawyer, I do. Call your Lawyer." I was like I dont tan in the summer, so if you didn't send me some kind of notification how would I know? I started a membership in a nearby town and their beds are so nice and all the functions work and no burnt out bulbs. So it was actually a favor.
