I have received the 4 sessions, but VASA is refusing to make good on my 22 remaining services even though I have documents from VASA stating previously I would be receiving these services since they don't do refunds. I have contacted customer support numerous times with no answer back. Billing in the app shows I'm passed due on personal training payments for April even though cancelled at the end of March. On top of that VASA had cancelled my membership at the end of April without notifying me. They confessed they messed up & reinstated my membership at least. Too many excellent personal trainers were terminated for no valid reason leaving them short staffed. There's no maintenance so too many machines and equipment are broke down. Restroom and locker room area sometimes not too clean, too many times the pool and hot tub are closed. Parking is ridiculous especially at night with people parking where they don't belong often making it difficult to leave the parking lot and get around to find a legit parking. These vehicles need to start being ticketed.

Besides the friendly front desk and on-site masseuse, I love having the option of the outdoor running/ walking track and the outdoor pool during the summer months. This location still has an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna as well. Of course hand towels and bath towels are complimentary and the locker rooms are clean & I have zero complaints with the lockers themselves. There is a variety of fitness classes offered throughout the week and plenty of equipment to use for both cardio and strength training. Early mornings I can relax for a few minutes before a spin class with a cup of coffee in the seating area. Personal trainers, premium classes and childcare services are also offered. The WAC apps allow for a quick and easy check in to the club as well as for classes signed up for through the app (at any of their locations). Having been a member here for a number of years, I appreciate the number of amenities and the flexibility to use the different locations. The pricing seems fair for what I get and how well maintained the equipment and overall facilities are, plus the variety of classes I get to choose from.

I needed someone to tell me what to do because I had no clue how to reach my fitness goals. Fitness together set me up for success! I would discuss my goals with my trainer and reassess every 3 months which entailed a fitness assessment and weigh in. They have a styku which is super cool and essentially measures your whole body so you can see your progress. It also measures your different weights so you can see your muscle gain and fat loss. The trainers are amazing and create great workouts. They are encouraging and hold you accountable. They always check in on how things are going and help you find ways to stay on track. My main trainer was Cesia and she is AMAZING! It is a little pricey but totally worth it! I have seen amazing results and am so happy I did it. I have also had a couple experiences that have helped me to learn what truly makes those outstanding gyms different. I've only been at Evolution Fitness (functional fitness training) for 3 months, and the owner and staff exude excellence in all they do, personally and professionally. They model qualities and share knowledge that help me to be a little better person each day in all areas of my life. THEY invest in US!! It is not just a job. You can tell. Besides the above (I love love love the staff), this is what makes Evolution Fitness different from the other functional fitness type gyms in Milwaukee, and I have tried many of them: (1) the coaches have an ongoing personal relationship with each member of the gym and seem genuinely interested in my goals and growth (2) low athlete to coach ratio (very rare in Milwaukee, more common in Ohio where I am originally from) (3) a community that is not divided into cliques by skill level so everyone is connected (4) personal attention from the coaches when you have a question or need some help. The personal aspect is so important to me in terms of me being able to maintain a high level of motivation so I come regularly and train hard! Coaches get me excited to train, ensure I am growing in my movement quality, and push me in my workouts. I have felt no judgment or micromanaging. The owner truly believes that fitness should be the best hour of the day. Oh and he loves that the community often comes early and stays late because we are tight! Even being new, I am fully integrated and feel well supported by members and staff. The owner is incredibly positive and seems to have hired coaches with a positive and generous style of coaching as well. So AMAZING! I just cannot say enough positive about this gym.
