The owner himself was disorganized with his staff and proudly stated that he didn't need our business when concerns were raised.The items that were "restored" by Rainbow International Erie were returned filthy and dusty. Once they had corrected the initial problem, I had plumbers fix the leak, and then this went back to them to fix ceilings, walls, etc. this is where things got murkier. It now became very hard to get anything scheduled, certain people would not return phone calls and if they did it was DAYS later. It was as if their bread/butter was what they did for the first part of our problem and then couldn't care less about the rest. Ultimately we ended up fixing the walls/ceiling ourselves. I can't say I would or would not recommend them. If you go with them, just be ready for at some point for there to be a break-down in communication and for you to be doing a lot of the calling/emailing them to get answers.

The plumber showed us the problem by using his video camera. He gave us several options- no pressure to use them to fix the problem. We eventually went with Roto-Rooter. They came back out on a Saturday (no extra fee). They even wound up cleaning out a tub drain for us for free- very friendly service man- I would use them again if we ever had a problem- highly recommended!
