I pushed the button to open my gas tank into my door and even though they were closing when I called, they told me to come in anyway so they could open the tank for me as I was about to run out of gas. Fast & friendly service. I really like that you can call them up, come the same day and get service in a reasonable amount of time. They have a tow truck that they'll use to come get your vehicle if it's not drivable. In the interest of full-disclosure, I have a certain disdain for any automobile-related business (dealerships, mechanics, etc.) simply because the up-charging makes me nauseous. BMA isn't too, too bad in that aspect but I was once charged for 90mins of labor on a job that took less than 30mins. And I was given a BS excuse. And I paid and left without disputing the charges. And I accept responsibility for that. I just don't feel like finding yet another mechanic that is semi-dependable, so I sucked it up. But I won't let it happen again. read more

As a woman it really can be tricky to find a good mechanic and not feel like you're being taken advantage of! Ron was that mechanic! I broke down on 836 heading east in rush hour! Not fun and pretty damn scary! Willie the tow truck driver was there in 20 minutes and got me home and my Audi to Ron! After that he did numerous work on my car and even did fantastic body work at a great price! Always respectful, they pick you up, drop you home and keep you constantly updated. The tow guy, Milton met me at the location (dealer) in less than an hr (less then the estimated time). Unfortunately the dealer gave me a hard time and I wasn't able to take the car immediately.
