    So, I really hate having to write a 1-star review, but I had a not-so-good experience here and feel that others should know about it. I have a Mercedes and got a message on my dash saying that my car was due for "Service A". This includes an oil change, fluid replacement, and a bunch of other minor things. Mercedes-Benz in North Miami Beach wanted $225.00 for it. Mercedes-Benz has excellent service, but I wanted to see if I could find a place that was closer and cheaper. I found Mercedes Services on Yelp and it was all 5-star reviews. I checked out their website. Under the Services tab, it showed that Service A was $189.99. It didn't say that this was a "special" or a "sale" or anything like that. I called on a Thursday afternoon and the owner picked up. I asked him about Service A and if/when they had an appointment. He confirmed that Service A was $189.99 and offered the first appointment for the following morning at 9am. The owner didn't say that $189.99 was a special or sale price. I made the appointment. I really wanted to get the service done, so I rearranged a few things in my schedule to make the appointment. After making the appointment, I noticed that Yelp had a $25.00 for $50.00 voucher. It said that the voucher was good for service, but could not be combined with any other discounts, specials, or offers. I purchased the voucher. I showed up the following morning at 9am sharp. There was only one guy there. He told me that the "technician" was running late. Not a good start. He said he had called the technician, but didn't get an answer and "hopefully" he would be in soon. I said okay, confirmed the price, and then gave the guy my Yelp voucher. He said he would have to call the owner about it. The technician finally showed up around 9:30am. They put my car up and were about the start the work when the guy told me that the owner was on the phone and would not accept my Yelp voucher. I then got on speakerphone with the owner. The owner's tone was arrogant and rude from the start. He said that he would not accept the voucher because I didn't tell him about it yesterday. I said that the voucher was right there on his Yelp page and it didn't say that I needed to tell him about it before asking the price. I said, "Why do you need me to tell you about the voucher up front? Are you going to charge people more money if they tell you that they have a Yelp voucher?" The owner responded that the $189.99 was a special sale price and that his usual price was $249.99. He said that I had two options: (1) pay $189.99 with no voucher or (2) pay $249.99 and use the voucher. Yes, he actually said that to me. I told him that he wasn't being honest because $249.99 is more than the Mercedes dealer charges and his very own website lists the price for Service A as just $189.99... not as some special or sale price. The owner refused to accept the voucher unless I paid the higher price or paid them for some additional service. He pretty much said take it or leave it. I was left to make the following decision: (1) walk out and find another place or (2) go through with the service for $189.99 and not use my voucher. I had rearranged my schedule to come for this service and really didn't want to leave without it done. I then asked the worker if the owner would at least give me $25.00 off for the $25.00 that I had spent on the voucher. He said he would let me ask the owner. He then put the owner back on speakerphone, BUT THE OWNER DIDN'T KNOW HE WAS ON SPEAKERPHONE AT FIRST. When the speakerphone went on, I heard the owner say in a pissed off voice that I was "being a pain in the ass" before he realized that the speaker was on. I guess he didn't appreciate me ruining his morning by calling him out on his BS excuses. NOTE TO ALL BUSINESS OWNERS: It is bad business to call your customer a "pain in the ass" to their face. Still, I wanted to get the service done. I didn't have time to make another appointment elsewhere. I asked the owner about giving me a $25.00 credit for what I had paid for the voucher. He rudely said NO because then Yelp would be entitled to 25% of that money. At that point, I told them to just go through with the service at the $189.99 price. I have emailed Yelp about getting a refund for the voucher. I am hopeful that Yelp will credit me back the $25.00. In summary, I strongly advise against spending your money here. The owner is advertising a "deal" on Yelp, but clearly has no real intention of offering a "deal". He will only accept the Yelp voucher if you tell him about it ahead of time so that he can inflate the price to compensate for the "deal" you are getting. He is dishonest and extremely rude. He was talking crap about me to his worker not realizing that he was on speakerphone. In my opinion, this business is shady and unprofessional. Spend a few dollars extra and take your car to the Mercedes dealer or elsewhere.

I let him know I was on a tight schedule due to a doctor's appointment, and he assured me my alignment would be done within the hour. True to his word, my car was finished in about 30 minutes! Not only was the service quick and efficient, but the price I was quoted over the phone was the lowest I found in the area, and that's exactly what I paid. No surprise fees, no upselling. As a woman, especially a blonde, I've had plenty of mechanics try to overcharge me. But I've also worked on cars myself, so I know when something sounds right and when it doesn't. Abdul's pricing was not only fair, but transparent, and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. I also asked for a quote on a future rack and pinion job, and again, the price was extremely fair. I'm definitely planning to come back for that service soon. Abdul clearly takes pride in running an honest, respectful business. He's focused on rebuilding the reputation here, and it shows. You can tell he values integrity and customer trust. He's not cutting corners or trying to make a quick buck. He's running Phoenix Complete Auto Care like he wants it to be the best shop in Miami, and honestly, he's well on his way. If you're unsure because of old reviews, take this as your sign to give them a chance. I genuinely recommend Phoenix Complete Auto Care!

    Started out well, nice greetings "Hi my friend"…read more I sat from 10:30 am to 3:45 pm for a $17 inspection, that then lead to the need of a deeper inspection that would take two days. I declined and said I will take my car, the initial $17 inspection has now spiked to $90 due to "time already spent". So I am out of $90, 5 hours of my day that I can't get back and my issue was not fixed. Needless to say, I will not be returning. And you shouldn't bring your vehicle here. The next day: I went to Mr. Freeze Auto Air Conditioning - it was fixed in 20 minutes, it was a blown fuse.

    I don't know how to rate this. I would rather not write a review when I can not give all positive…read morefeedback. Service I rate higher, sales is my issues. So please take my rating as an average. I have always leased Infiniti's, so having that kind of service is something you get used to. My last Q60 was stollen, I decided to get a wrangler. My decision was because it was a car I always wanted. Not due in to sales pressure. If I have to say how my sales experience was November of 2020. I would give it 1 . The sales person was not helpful. They tried to get me into every model below what I wanted, kept me there forever playing their games, when I tried to leave, and even chased my car acting like they had a better deal to offer me. It was like a bad car salesman skit. At the end what we had a agreed for the down payment, was not what I paid before I walked out the door. I was too exhausted to fight, and just wanted to go home. The sad thing is I would have never had to deal with this at Infiniti. There I would test drive the car, on side streets, the highway, and where I wanted (wait that is any car). I am used to being in and out in less than 30 min with a new car. At Jeep, the sales man was too lazy to put gas in the car and only took me down side streets. To this day.... I hate my Jeep on the highway. I regret that I never test drove it to know that you can't use your blue tooth on 95. Should I continue.... No, I'll just leave it at that. I'm happy with this car for what it is, I got the Jeep I wanted. But, I will never give this dealership business. When you think of car salesman and the reputation they have.... This is the true meaning of them. Service: I can't complain. I have gone in for oil changes. Waited, or taken an Uber to work. Prior cars I was given a loaner. But, it's not a luxury car. This last oil change they did not reset my mileage to 0 for the next oil change. But, I know how to do that myself. My Jeep also is set to have an oil change every 10,000 miles. So, I am not sure why they put a sticker on the window for the next one due in 5,000 miles. I thought the days of stickers in the windows left us in the 90s. They washed it, so it looks great. They have a great area to sit and wait. You can get work done, have coffee, or relax... so no complaints. Service staff is friendly and helpful. I will give them all the s.     WARNING STAY AWAY! Aventura had two new Jeeps which we were…read moreinterested in with a advertised sales price on them. We called and were insured that they had them and several others in stock to choose from and that they always honour the sale prices. We drove down to Aventura, and after waiting an hour they could not find these two Jeeps, but offered one that had several scraches and a dent in it with 900 miles on it. When we asked to look at the other ones in stock they advised us that they could not sell them as they would not start and the computers were out of them. They lied and said even if they found the Jeeps we were interested in, they would not be able to sell them at that sales price, but could get one from another dealer for 10k more. Sales rep and sales manager were not helpfull and very upset that we would not put an offer in on the scrached and dented one with 900 miles on it. STAY AWAY AND DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.
