I'm not recommending this place. I brought my Mercedes there explained what I wanted, and they did diagnostic that cost 200$ after that they told me that they want to change Magnets for 500$ and do oil change For 289.99$. With their diagnostic they just told me the problem that I already knew. Also said that if I'm gonna change with them they gonna do -200$ because of diagnostic. After 2-3 hours I called them to do only oil change for 89$ then. They created new rules and said no it's not working like that, after 10-15 minutes talking they said okay we will do 50% off for 189+taxes HELL NO. I found other place and did there for 108$. My MB needed service so I took it Mercedes Services as I am a bit tired of paying Dealership prices and dealing with Dealership delays. I called them at 11:15am, I was given an appt an 12:00 and left the shop at 2:45 once the Service was complete. What I liked about Mercedes Services is that at the end of the Service, they gave me options and a diagnosis of what needs to be done during the next service....i.e. My brakes are good now but next time, the pads will need to be replaced. Good to know! I was very happy with the service/customer care and will be bringing my other vehicle to Mercedes Services as well. read more

So, I really hate having to write a 1-star review, but I had a not-so-good experience here and feel that others should know about it. I have a Mercedes and got a message on my dash saying that my car was due for "Service A". This includes an oil change, fluid replacement, and a bunch of other minor things. Mercedes-Benz in North Miami Beach wanted $225.00 for it. Mercedes-Benz has excellent service, but I wanted to see if I could find a place that was closer and cheaper. I found Mercedes Services on Yelp and it was all 5-star reviews. I checked out their website. Under the Services tab, it showed that Service A was $189.99. It didn't say that this was a "special" or a "sale" or anything like that. I called on a Thursday afternoon and the owner picked up. I asked him about Service A and if/when they had an appointment. He confirmed that Service A was $189.99 and offered the first appointment for the following morning at 9am. The owner didn't say that $189.99 was a special or sale price. I made the appointment. I really wanted to get the service done, so I rearranged a few things in my schedule to make the appointment. After making the appointment, I noticed that Yelp had a $25.00 for $50.00 voucher. It said that the voucher was good for service, but could not be combined with any other discounts, specials, or offers. I purchased the voucher. I showed up the following morning at 9am sharp. There was only one guy there. He told me that the "technician" was running late. Not a good start. He said he had called the technician, but didn't get an answer and "hopefully" he would be in soon. I said okay, confirmed the price, and then gave the guy my Yelp voucher. He said he would have to call the owner about it. The technician finally showed up around 9:30am. They put my car up and were about the start the work when the guy told me that the owner was on the phone and would not accept my Yelp voucher. I then got on speakerphone with the owner. The owner's tone was arrogant and rude from the start. He said that he would not accept the voucher because I didn't tell him about it yesterday. I said that the voucher was right there on his Yelp page and it didn't say that I needed to tell him about it before asking the price. I said, "Why do you need me to tell you about the voucher up front? Are you going to charge people more money if they tell you that they have a Yelp voucher?" The owner responded that the $189.99 was a special sale price and that his usual price was $249.99. He said that I had two options: (1) pay $189.99 with no voucher or (2) pay $249.99 and use the voucher. Yes, he actually said that to me. I told him that he wasn't being honest because $249.99 is more than the Mercedes dealer charges and his very own website lists the price for Service A as just $189.99... not as some special or sale price. The owner refused to accept the voucher unless I paid the higher price or paid them for some additional service. He pretty much said take it or leave it. I was left to make the following decision: (1) walk out and find another place or (2) go through with the service for $189.99 and not use my voucher. I had rearranged my schedule to come for this service and really didn't want to leave without it done. I then asked the worker if the owner would at least give me $25.00 off for the $25.00 that I had spent on the voucher. He said he would let me ask the owner. He then put the owner back on speakerphone, BUT THE OWNER DIDN'T KNOW HE WAS ON SPEAKERPHONE AT FIRST. When the speakerphone went on, I heard the owner say in a pissed off voice that I was "being a pain in the ass" before he realized that the speaker was on. I guess he didn't appreciate me ruining his morning by calling him out on his BS excuses. NOTE TO ALL BUSINESS OWNERS: It is bad business to call your customer a "pain in the ass" to their face. Still, I wanted to get the service done. I didn't have time to make another appointment elsewhere. I asked the owner about giving me a $25.00 credit for what I had paid for the voucher. He rudely said NO because then Yelp would be entitled to 25% of that money. At that point, I told them to just go through with the service at the $189.99 price. I have emailed Yelp about getting a refund for the voucher. I am hopeful that Yelp will credit me back the $25.00. In summary, I strongly advise against spending your money here. The owner is advertising a "deal" on Yelp, but clearly has no real intention of offering a "deal". He will only accept the Yelp voucher if you tell him about it ahead of time so that he can inflate the price to compensate for the "deal" you are getting. He is dishonest and extremely rude. He was talking crap about me to his worker not realizing that he was on speakerphone. In my opinion, this business is shady and unprofessional. Spend a few dollars extra and take your car to the Mercedes dealer or elsewhere. read more

What a great alternative to Braman BMW!!! Anyone that has a late model BMW knows how much ANYTHING needing repair on a BMW is. Well, I needed a new battery. I was quoted $800 at Braman. Not only is the batter very expensive, but the process of changing the battery requires the reprogramming of the electronics. In other words, you can't go to Pep Boys, purchase a battery and pop it in yourself. MercedeServiceS has the computer programming necessary to handle this and much much more. They did it in a very timely fashion and for considerably less than Braman BWM quoted me. I found MercedeServiceS very professional, paid attention to detail and had be back on the road quickly. I would not use this place i took my Audi there for a simple oil change which I was told was 159.00 ended up costing 262.46. Not only that but my hood is now bent one side closes the other side is 2 inches from closing. I took the car back the next day and the owner tells me it was like that I and said it was the Audi dealer that fixed my car 1 year ago. I took the car back to the Audi dealer and was told my hook was bent because something was left under my hood and the hood wS shut without removing what was left under the hood. I called the owner he told me he takes pictures of ever job I asked where is the pictures he told me he deleted it. I wouldwas not recommend taking your car there he is not willing to accept responsibility for his mistakes and argues you down do that you can't get a word in. I have contacted a lawyer what he does not know is I took a picture of my car before I took it there. This place does bad business. I will be taking him to court. This guy is lying he is a scam I never told him my car was repaired by a auto body repair place because if that were the case I would not be writing this review I would have taken my car back to where it was repaired. He is a big liar and does not want to take responsibility for his workers mistake. I am really upset with the place that he would try to lie and say I told him I had work done and would take it back to them that was never said I told him my car was damaged at his shop. I learned a very hard lesson $$$ by not getting my repair done here! very professional and courteous owner, answers the phone after hours.. had it diagnosed here and "correctly" here is a little story.. was told by another shop that the diagnosis was wrong and had my car towed to them at my cost, but hell if I could save a weeks salary I was sold, long and short to save a few dollars Ive been without a vehicle for 4 days and the other shop cooked my gm5.. I went to them to make a few necessary repairs and they also diagnosed the need to replace my intake Manifold for a 2007 ML350. Expecting to get excellent service at a better hourly rate, I actually had to pay over $300 more than the dealership retail. Because they were already working on my other issues, I went ahead and approved the work, but I am not going back. Their service level was nothing special, just average. Competitive and fair rates are more important than service level, so I'll go back to the dealership. The dealership will keep my truck purring like a kitten without the outrageous markup. read more

I went to this place couple of months ago ,because my Mercedes need it alignment .I wanted to check the place out due to the good reviews.I called the previous day to make an appointment and I was told that the regular alignment will be 89 $I went there at 9 in the morning and for my surprise there was only the owner at this time,I asked him where are the mechanics and he said they are about to show up.after 30 min of waiting only one guy showed up,I was like OMG what kind a shop is that with only one guy and one boss LMAO.On the top of that the estimate suddenly changed from 89 $ to 175 $because thats what they charge for camber alignment,but they didn't mention anything like that on the phone,then i just left and found another place that did the job perfectly .Felt very dissapointed that I lost one hour of my time and had to drive that far,this place its located in one of the worst areas arround Would not recommend to anyone,these people are shady and unacknowledged,plus the shop looks very messy. read more

YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY. SAVE YOUR MONEY. HIGHLY INCOMPETENT AND A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR. I took my Range Rover Sports to this place on February last year. The shop was closed at the time of my appointment, and after 30 minutes of waiting outside, a guy showed up saying he had gone for lunch. (the only guy there at the time) An hourly contracted mechanic, according to an Antonio (the guy) now gone, changed the stabilizer bracket bolts and, charged me more than quoted, and gave me a dirty car, not washed as promised. This shyster would not release my car without me signing a waiver that I would not dispute his charges, which according to my lawyer is a violation of the Federal Fair Credit Billing Act, and worse of, made copies my credit card and driver's license, a violation of MasterCard and Visa merchant terms, in addition to a very bad and questionable business practice to say the least, with so much ID theft out there. A while back, a red light came on my dashboard and took it to my Certified Land Rover dealership. Dealer quoted me $3100 to change a stabilizer. As much as I hated going back to this unprofessional place, I figured they probably caused the damage to begin with since it was related to the same stabilizer and I could save some money going back. BOY WAS I DREAMING! The owner named Praminder Singh Kohl, who goes by Calvin, started with a $1600 low quote that grew considerably larger, in the end charging me $2941 and giving me a non-drivable car back. I approved emailed quote by writing back that I would pay bill if the car was delivered to me in working order by noontime Friday the 3rd, since he knew we were to leave for vacation to the west coast. He guaranteed me 99.99% you will have the car before noon Friday. He calls me the night before and claimed to have found something else wrong with a pump and expected me to not only pay for the first $2941, but also PREPAY him for the new future work to be done; an additional $2300+!!! This sorry excuse for a man would not give me back my car, and threatened me to not guarantee any of the work done unless I paid him $5200 before taking the car!! Othewise, $100 daily storage fee which was not disclosed upfront. I had to call the police to get my car the hell out of this place. My credit card company is crediting me the charges back, and agency investigations are on the way. The minute I drove the car away it was making all kinds of loud noises and leaking oil and now finally sits in a competent shop being repaired. They looked at my car for a VERY small job my timing chain was making noise and I ended up paying $1,000 for nothing the Indian guy said all this crap that the mechanic spent 10 hours dismantling the engine, but I know that did not happen and I had to pay $1,000 so I can get my car back. As you can see this shop does not have any reviews and the owner makes up reviews at repair pal.com using fake emails and names how low can you go to get customers? I talked to the mechanic discretely and he told me this job did not take 10 hours so I know the owner was lying. I've been a customer at Mercedes Services for more than 12 years. My Mercedes is 18 years old and still runs great...thanks to Mercedes Services. I've never gotten poor service there, I've always been treated with respect and have always been given an estimate up front and have always known what the repairs would cost.
