After 3 hours I was offered a 12 passenger van vs everyone else before and after me were offered cars or electric cars. It's located in the millennium hotel and is super fast and convenient but I really wish I would have driven to a different location. They didn't have the level of car that my insurance company had covered so I had to pay the rest of the way for a luxury car which ended up being a Dodge Chrysler something or other and it was anything but luxurious. It REEKED like smoke. Like to the point that I was getting a migraine every time I drove somewhere. I took some ladies home one night after work and as soon as they opened the car door they were like, "EW gross! It smells like smoke in here!" That is just unexceptable. ESPECIALLY when your agreement states that you will not smoke in the car, and when you bring it back it will be inspected for smells of smoke. Well obviously someone here is not completing the inspection and customers are suffering. Bottom line, I will not rent from here again.

Told me to call the central reservation line. Called and after talking to three people, gave me a car at twice the original price, with pick up from another location. Had no place to stay, and had to get to a family reunion in Florida, so I was stuck. When I complained, Hertz customer service says that the conditions changes so the rate changes. Even though they did not honor the reservation. Their response was that they were sorry for MY misunderstanding. Stay away from Hertz.

We were informed by some man that he didn't have access to computers and for us to return at 9:30. I got back at 9:44 and did not leave until 11:10. After being checked in, I was told he had to go clean the car first. After about 20 minutes he comes back and says the SUV smells too bad to rent and there are no others. Tells me I can choose a bigger SUV or car. I choose a car. There's no price adjustment for the car class change or anything. He finally brings the car out and it's FILTHY. Fast forward to returning the car. I get to the office at 2:00pm and the door is locked and there is a note on the door saying to call customer service. Customer service tells me to park the car and leave keys in the drop box. I am naturally apprehensive because this Hertz location (and possibly ALL locations) is completely inept. I record the car's condition and fuel level and myself leaving the keys. The next morning, my cc is charged AGAIN and AGAIN the next day. Needless to say, I will slander Hertz every chance I get and will never recommend this company to ANYONE.

This company has some shady practices. Spoke to Bob for one event last year, quoted me a price and…read morethen closer to the event he finally sent me an invoice, which took forever to get, it was a higher price than agreed upon. Even though everything was done through text and I had proof. So I went with someone else. Being that last year's event was the same as Derby weekend I gave him the benefit of the doubt and attempted to reach out for our event this year. He quoted me a price, again via text but hadn't sent the invoice so I could put down the deposit. I questioned it and Bob assured me that we wouldn't lose the limo he had just been busy. 10 days later he texts me to say we can't have that limo and I quote "the Hummer was booked after we talked". You mean after we agreed and I was waiting for you to send me an invoice that you assured me we wouldn't lose just because you hadn't gotten to it? Seems shady. Bob did offer me two other options, a town car or a party bus at a higher price. I went ahead and booked with another company. I really tried to give them an opportunity to do right and not hold last year against them but I don't think they'll get a third shot at my business. I will say after I told Bob I booked with another company he offered to give gift certificate due to the inconvenience but I passed. Just be careful when booking with Bob's company.
