They have a good product but terrible customer service and do not have anything shipped by the hem because the shipper's are the problem. Banged up cart and they keep telling me it's the shipper's fault. Shipper says it happened when packed. All I get from them is look at warranty and agreement nothing we will do for you. Damage done I guess nobody is taking responsibility for. read more

We were so, so excited for our cart but unfortunately have had nothing but issues. We died on the side of the rode for the twice due to voltage meter issues that BMK has been aware of and not able or responsive enough to fix after tons of back and forth. The range of the cart is a fraction of what was described. It's a sexy cart that's low quality. In general, the pricing is extremely steep and the quality has not matched. Even our tailgate and cup holder and mirrors aren't assembled well and have a poor fit. The biggest issue is by far the battery life being way less than described and the unreliable voltage meters that have left us stranded. We've asked for remedies and even been in touch with the battery company directly to no avail. It's really fun to walk in and get a custom cart, but definitely think twice before spending that kind of money here. read more

My initial contact was with Brandon, who could not have been more helpful in assisting us, with the transaction, and delivery by Justin, who was equally as helpful, and answered my many questions. Keira, was very helpful with the paperwork for the transfer of title and street legalization, which was seamless. The staff is friendly and sells a nice looking product. When I took delivery I told the delivery guy that the steering didn't feel right and the wheel was off center and not properly aligned. The delivery guy called Brandon so we could explain the steering issue and Brandon told me that the steering was normal for a lifted cart and that's the way it is. Brandon was incorrect and the alignment was off including the toe in. 5 months after I bought the cart and approximately 120 miles I am replacing 2 of the tires due to uneven wear. I am also replacing the front end Jakes lift kit as well due to pinion issues. Also the first time I used the built in double take helix 6 under seat cooler the cooler lid plastic hinge broke. I called BMK and dealt with a Keira who was polite but did not offer any product support. I ended up getting the cooler lid replaced free of charge from Double Take directly but was very disappointed from the lack of service/ support I received from BMK after buying their golf cart. While they do put together a nice looking cart package the quality of the build and customer service is lacking. read more
