We mainly drop into a Chase branch for ATM services, but around this time of year, we also always take the opportunity to ask for complimentary, colorful, and handy Chinese New Year lucky money red envelopes. It's a nice perk offered by Chase Bank and I really don't know if other banks offer such a perk. The funny thing is that this is the only branch we have ever asked that only had lucky money envelopes from the previous year lol. It's not a biggie, and they are still handy, but the current up-to-date envelopes have a horse logo signifying it's the Year of the Horse.

Not my federal tax ID number which I am the only one that's probably gonna know that, not the last four digits of my social which of course is widely publicized, not the last name of my mother's maiden name, no, Fraud department wanted my pin number to the debit card I just gave the full number of. So I opted to go into the bank and speak to a manager, only to be met with the same problem with the same person type over the phone, this time, however since I had my drivers license apparently that's good enough because it looked like it was me. That's a good thing because it was me. And then later that night I tried to do the exact same money transferred to the subcontractor who's starving for money right now, and it wouldn't let me, kind of a oxymoron to have a fraud department that doesn't even let you get your own money out, even after you are paying Hd Ed to go into the brick and mortar store and proved that it's you prove that amount needs to be moved out, but I know they were very happy to take the money

Over the years the staff members have changed, there has been less tellers and bankers available to help out. The app used with this bank has gotten super glitchy and makes it impossible for me to deposit checks. In the pandemic things have gotten worse. Trying to make an appointment with a banker, I was told my issue was not "important" enough to warrant working with a banker. I was told to go into the drive through. Without even asking which account I wanted to deposit my checks to, after specially requesting the checks be deposited into my Virtual Wallet, the teller deposited a couple thousand dollars worth of checks into a joint account I had with someone else. Wrong account. All in all, I'm looking to see if there's any other bank that might be a better fit for me at this time.

I had a will, death certificate, small estate affidavit, both keys and an estate lawyer. We were given the run around for 7 months. I wouldn't trust using a US Bank ATM.
