She didn't even state the office name something along the lines of "tax service office, how can I help you?" Like ant business establishment. Only to be met with a condescending "hello?" back. I asked if this was the office, she said yes. I asked to make an appointment in the later afternoon, she said they were booked and offered me morning times. I said I had work. She then said to come in the middle of the day if I wanted to be fit in this week, again, I said I had work. She said she was able to fit me in the following week and kept saying she was doing me a favor to fit me in to be seen as soon as I can. I was never in a rush, I never stated that I needed to be fit in right away. I even asked for next week a few times.. she then went over what documentation I needed but in avery Condensending tone, "you will your drivers license which will have the date issued and expired date." Yes, thank you, I'm fully aware of what is on the drivers license. I called again to ask how much the services would cost, this time, Eduardo himself picked up. This time stating only his name when he picked up... I asked for a quote or a range, he rudely said he can't give me one because it depends. I stated I only have w2 and my taxes are simpler. He then asked my age. I asked why does my age have anything to do with how much a service costs? He said it matters. Never heard such a thing in my life. He said if I was uncomfortable with giving my age, to go elsewhere and wouldn't let up on trying to get my age. He was rude and almost irrate when I kept asking why that matters. My instinct told me something was off the first time, and the second time concluded it. Won't go here and do not recommend. Go to freetaxusa.com and get it done for 30$. The walkthrough is better than turbo tax as well. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone based on these interactions.
