I had so many complications -- previously misfiled taxes, dual citizenship, moving internationally, back-filing, income from multiple sources, stocks, everything!! Dana and I had multiple conversations over zoom and phone to resolve everything and I felt nothing but trust the entire time. The team was able to review my taxes and fix costly mistakes from a previous firm filing my taxes incorrectly and I received money back, twice. They communicated frequently and in a timely way over email, and I was constantly kept in the loop if any delays came up. The online portal they used for file uploads and esignatures was great and easy to use on desktop and mobile. When they had to mail something to me to sign and send back (internationally!) they even included a sticker with their return address. Very detailed, thorough, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I would recommend Grace Tax Group to anyone who needs taxes filed in CA, especially if you also have international tax concerns. The service attitude was very poor. I called to inquire about tax filing and specifically requested assistance in Chinese. I was first told that a transfer to a Chinese-speaking representative was available. However, after the call was transferred, the new representative said that only English was available. When I then switched to English, the call was abruptly disconnected without any explanation. read more

Where the American education system failed me, Grace Tax Group did not. I am perhaps the most financially illiterate person and I'm friends with someone with a 400 credit card score. I called Grace Tax Group using the number provided on Yelp and was greeted by a friendly agent of the group. Dana was professional and educated when answering all my ridiculous questions when it came to filing my taxes. I think she and I had a good laugh at how I was able to make it this far in life filing taxes that I did my previous employment years. Dana helped me file for my 2024 taxes and even provided advice on registering my own business in California and the IRS. The tax group's services are extensive and affordable.
