The establishment is very pleasant, clean and the food smelled great. We were warmly welcomed and sat at a premium window seat. Here at Hong Sing, we had some really fluffy scrambled eggs with onions, cauliflower, egg drop soup, stir-fry of snow peas, bell peppers, and chicken, and a sizzling plate of beef.
