Mom's car has been sitting in the driveway for 6 years and is only used to take her to appointments. Over time it developed a "stale" smell which I suspected was mold. Well, turned out I was right. I requested and was told that the job would be a complete interior and exterior detailing of my vehicle .1st problem is that I asked if the upholstery and rugs will be shampooed and cleaned? Nope, that was extra . Would the engine compartment be detailed ? Nope that was extra. After inspecting the car after he finished and left, I found that the storage compartment and spare tire area under the rear compartment had not been touched after lifting the covers . The owner is very informative and knowledgeable. He spent over 10 minutes on the phone explaining their services and exactly what I could expect. His sister notified me when she would arrive and arrived on time. She was friendly and professional. She spent 3 hours detailing our Sienna. They washed the van and used an entire clay bar on the exterior of the van to remove all of the dirt stuck in the micro-scratches before waxing it. The tires were gleaming when she was through. The interior was challenging due to all of the debris stuck under 3 car seats. The leather and all plastic surfaces were pristine. One cubby I later discovered had a crayon melted inside of it. She clearly cleaned it, but much of the crayon remained. She spent a great deal of time spraying and scrubbing the carpets and floor mats. She warned me up front that they did not have a carpet shampooer and they do it by hand and told me they usually come out just as good or better, depending on what is ground into or spilled on them. Apparently mine were pretty bad, because though they were significantly better when she was through, they still look dirty and I think I'm going to have to get them shampooed. If my carpets are in desperate need of shampooing, I'll probably have to do that separately. They have a monthly subscription available to keep up the beautiful work on your car that is about the same as taking your car to a car wash once a week that sounds interesting. They accept credit cards and tips. I would definitely use them again. read more

If I could give this guy zero stars I would, My fiancé gave me a very nice gift of a mobile detail on my truck and this company is the one that played her like a fiddle and told her everything that they would do and they did none of it the truck looks like they barely did anything to it and when I asked about all the things that they missed the guy basically told me they just don't do that, I didn't even sweep out the bed of the truck still had twigs and sticks and leaves in it didn't put tire shine on the truck because it "would sling on the truck" (His exact words) The windows look like crap you could see were the white on every single one of the windows " Because they use water only because chemicals ruined factory tinted " (his exact words) even though my front windows are not even tinted, didn't clean my backseat because I left them up " Because that's the industry standard to let him know not to clean the seats if they are put up" (His exact words , and had my phone number and could have called me at any time to ask if I wanted to see it cleaned because of coarse when you buy a detail do you want all four of your seats cleaned not just two) left my weather tech mats outside the truck for anybody to come by and steal them " because they were wet and didn't want my car to be wet" ( his exact words, as if they don't make this crazy device that blows things dry when you're done getting something wet) call them out on it and all they told me was maybe our company isn't meant for your truck.... he's a hack don't waste your time or money with this fly by night guy. read more
