I have a confession, I'm super late on this review-- I got called out on it today... I've been getting my car detailed here since I bought it, Lucien, in October 2023. Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. Costs was a little more than originally thought but that was because the vehicle had a lot of dirt and other issues from sitting for a period of time. Called and scheduled a 9:00am with Chris for a VIP package detail. This included the Interior and exterior of the vehicle, upholstery, and clay bar. Cost was $180 which isn't bad for the depth of the detail. Tiago checked me in the morning. I received text confirmation that my appointment was booked and when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Vehicle was returned at 1:00pm. Car smelled great! They did a great job cleaning the upholstery and addressing the dog Oder. Tire wells and rims we're cleaned well. Overall great work! read more

First of all, I will DEFINITELY be calling these guys again to detail my car. Because W O W. I had stains on my back seat (chocolate milk & juice spills from my daughter), dirt in places on the floor & under the seats that my vacuum couldn't get to, bird poop stains on one of the sides of the doors, the rims were tinted from dirt & grime.. My car was just a MESS. It did not look the way it did when I first got it. Soooo, my husband & I decided that it was finally time to contact Detail Masters. The guys are awesome. Christian, the owner, is so nice & really descriptive. He made sure we knew exactly what was going on & what him & his crew were doing. You can tell they all love what they do, & the results show it! The guys also held conversations with us at one point, including our little girl. We all talked & joked as if it was just a couple old friends catching up. THAT is amazing customer service, & I, as a customer & a person, really appreciate that! We've been following their work on their Instagram page for about a year now, but this was the first time we contacted them to have work done on our vehicle (& it's definitely not our last!). Like I mentioned before, my car looks excellent, looks like it came straight off the dealership lot. They got all the seat stains out, the floors are absolutely spotless, there are no scratch marks inside or on the outside of the vehicle, it smells GREAT, the trunk is spotless, the dash looks brand new, the paint is restored, the inside smells G R E A T! Customer service and work were amazing!! I got the VIP package and it was worth EVERY penny. I had sand from beach trips that I went on soo long ago. Ive tried to vacuum as much as I could to get everything out the crevices of my leather seats but I could never do it. I'm so glad I found this business and will be using them every time! First of all it's a family business (3 brothers all work here) you'll feel like they adopted you as soon as you walk in. I was offered water/soda, wifi, and a ride nearby while I waited.
