I was really nervous calling James, about the stain on my doors, left by a sloppy horrific job of replacing the tint on my front windows but it was my mistake, in having it done while we were gone... I thought, what can go wrong with just tinting 2 windows? It will be a nice surprise to come back to, it was a surprise alright! Well, look at the pics, somehow that guy managed to stain the doors, it looks like the paper fell on it and whatever solution he used must have stained it, and he didn't know how to then clean it off? We also had a friend pay him and they never noticed it. So when we came back, we tried call him to come back and fix the mess, he didn't, and btw we ended taking off the cruddy job he did of tinting the 2 windows! So surprisingly, yeah, a lot could happen even with this... But this is not a review on my window tinter, but it explains the point of why, I was so nervous, putting trust in someone in taking this stain out was hightened and my concern paying for a detail, that this stain may not come out? So I just came out and mentioned it to him, that if he can't take it out, I didn't want the detail because it's the "main" reason I'm paying for it, and I could then find someone else that can and not end up having to pay "again" for someone else to do it... He assured me he could do it and when arriving, the first thing he did was attack the stain and in a moments' time showed me, that it was coming out but it worried me because the liquid he was using was just dripping and leaving a drip marks and when I brought it to his attention, he also assured me that it wasn't going to stay that way, that do not worry, that he was able to do it... Not much time passed when he knocked on my door, just so I can see what he did with the doors and I was so overjoyed, I wanted to give him a big HUG! but remembered the Covid issue and held back! But after that, I was RELIEVED, having him cleaning the rest of the car... He went inside all cubby holes, etc. I really can't say more of how pleased I was except pictures say it all and you could see my before and after pics (which was not even intended, if he didn't ask to send him pics of the stain, I wouldn't have had them)... Not to mention, that this was a surprise for my husband that was coming in the next day and James was able to manage, to come the same day, I called! So Thanks James for being part of that surprise! This was probably one of the most convenient trips to the car wash I've ever taken. Actually, I just stayed home and James came to me! He is very easy to reach for an appointment. We had to reschedule at first due to the weather. He understood and wasn't pushy (which I appreciated). He comes fully equipped with everything needed including his own water supply. One of the other companies who quoted me were more expensive and they needed to hook up to my hose. I've only posted one of my cars, but he took about an hour and a half on each car. You won't get that kind of TLC from a regular car wash that goes through a machine first. S&D Detailing is reasonably priced and worth every penny! I definitely reccomend his services to anyone. Sometimes you read others' reviews and wonder if the service provided is really as good as all the reviews indicate. In this case, all the excellent reviews from others were right on the money! I couldn't stop smiling when I came out to look at the finished product. James completely detailed a 7-y/o car with 140,000 miles on it for me, and it looked like almost a new car when he was finished, both inside and out! Even cleaned the engine compartment! Inside is immaculate, almost like just out of the showroom. If you really want a good detailing of your vehicle, this is the gentleman to call! Crazy good job. James came out and did my truck and my wife's car. My wife's car is a rolling dumpster fire, hauling around 2 kids and 2 big dogs all the time, but he made it look amazing. He worked on it for a solid 90 minutes and then apologized for not getting it clean enough. Are you kidding me? Pretty sure that car was a health violation. My truck hadn't cornered the market on cleanliness either. Very satisfied with the customer service and the work done. My only regret is that I didn't think to take before/after photos. The price was also more than reasonable. I've paid a lot more for less quality work. I will be recommending to friends and co-workers. read more

We are visiting Orlando from Virginia and drove down. Our car was very dirty with lots of bugs on the windscreen and front end. James made our X5 look like new! He is very prompt - I sent a message late last night and had a response in my text messages by 8am this morning. We connected quickly and he was here before noon. I saw S&D detailing my neighbors car and thought to give them a call all though i had already been using another detailer for 7 years now but he had over the years increased the price to where it just became too much and i just started going back to our local car wash. They did an amazing job and I haven't seen the car look so good in years - my husband was delighted. James is very personable and his work exceeded my expectations. I have a 2011 Infiniti and originally requested an interior detail, which turned out amazing. I thought the paint was beyond repair until he showed me what he can do and now my car looks like new. Best detailing job I ever received from a shop or mobile service. Outstanding job cleaning interior and exterior of my 428 Grand Coupe. Bug removal, washing and waxing with no streaks.
