Guillermo Corsa's Construction Company put a new asphalt shingle roof on our home a few years ago…read more A brand new roof should last at least 15-20 years, right? Guillermo Corsa even stated on his form and I quote "Remaining useful life THIRTY years". See attached form. All our neighbors had new roofs with other companies during the same time frame. All our homes are roughly the same age. When there were high winds in our area, only our roof lost shingles which were not durable and had premature wearing. In addition we also lost some synthetic felt underlayment. The neighbors were in Awe that our roof had issues and their roofs had absolutely no damage. Guillermo stated he had asphalt shingles and felt, left over from others jols. How old were the shingles and felt when applied? The installation and workmanship was not of good quality. We do not recommend this company due to their lack of quality work and the company will not stand Behind their product or labor.

We wanted to be able to focus on the specific projects at hand and everything to be done the right way with the correct materials. We knew that we wanted a company that was versatile because we had different projects to tackle. We definitely did not want to hire a company that would outsource other contractors or workers. That was one of our main concerns. Corsa Construction Inc really fulfilled our check list. We met with the owner of the company and he really answered our questions and listened to our concerns. We spoke about the scope of our projects and we spoke about the types of materials that were needed for the job and we knew that we were on the same page. He was very easy to talk to very polite and attentive which is very important because if we couldn't talk to him during our first meeting we would never have moved forward. Everything just clicked into place. I have to say they are not the cheapest but they charge a fair price for the work that they do. Their prices were somewhat close to what we expected. Which made us feel even more comfortable with our choice. You literally get what you pay for. They have been working for us since Sept 2017. We started with having pointing work done in front of the building. Their work was very impressive. We decided to move forward with other projects and problems that we had to get fixed. Their project manager has a lot of very good ideas on how to tackle any situation that we encounter, plus we still have more work to be done. Today, we are still working Corsa Construction and we have been very happy with their work. Like absolute true professionals they show up every day like clockwork unless the weather is bad. If we have any questions or concerns they address it immediately. When doing large construction projects it can really be nerve wracking but working with Corsa so far has really put our minds at ease. We really developed a long term relationship with this company and now we are very happy to have a company that we can comfortably call for future projects.

Our house looks like a new house! We hired them for a front porch rehab and exterior painting and everything was done to code, with the proper permits, and executed with professionalism. And they finished the project on time! A++. Highly recommend. Our porch was in extremely bad shape and required a very complicated series of fixes, which we were already aware of after having hired an independent structural specialist who detailed everything that needed to be replaced, to bring it up to code. In addition to the termite damage, rot damage and poor construction of our original porch, we made the mistake of initially hiring a different contractor, who scammed us and damaged the porch even further, making the rehab even more challenging. Joe's team tackled the project and got it done! Joe made sure everything was done exactly as we'd requested -- and now we just love looking at our house. It's so cute!!!

The crew was on time (and patient-- they hadn't gotten the message that I was running late) and extremely friendly and polite. And remarkably efficient. They were done in under fifteen minutes, including clean up. That's all great but $250 seemed kind of expensive so I called Sean to ask if there was a way to re-negotiate the fee downward a bit since it took so little time. He went one better... or $250 better and said he wouldn't charge us at all for the work. Customer service doesn't get any more amazing than that. I would not only recommend Dineen Construction, I'll go out of my way to use them on our next project.

They were able to come in and fix another contractors mistakes, make a plan for a better design, and execute seamlessly. Communication was great too, with images sent daily with progress. We are very pleased and look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Ed showed up the day I reached out and came to the site to answer questions and prepare a quote. It was clear from the start that Bond Construction would be a perfect fit for this project. Ed was able to quickly navigate the arduous co-op approval process and provided guidance along the way. The project consisted of a fairly extensive renovation of a 2 bedroom co-op apartment in lower Manhattan. Bond Construction completed the following: new flooring throughout the entire apartment, patch/paint plaster walls and ceilings, skim coat where necessary, updated electrical work (fuse box to circuit breaker), open up a pass through between living room and kitchen, a complete kitchen gut and renovation, install all appliances, install cabinetry, install new baseboard and crown moldings, build two large decorative beams with recessed LED lighting in living room, remove pedestal sink and install new bathroom vanity. There are lots of other details I have left out but needless to say Ed and his team did an incredible job with this project. Ed was communicative throughout the renovation and his team was extremely resourceful, as they were able to come up with creative and effective solutions to any issues or unforeseen challenges that arose during the renovation. Everyone that worked on site was friendly, respectful of our building's rules, and our neighbors. Most importantly, the project was done ON TIME and ON BUDGET!
