It felt like my project was managed like a game of hot potato, with no one person taking responsibility from beginning to end, but instead, by lots of people who seemingly never collaborated and also managed lots of other projects as well as evolving roles within the company. The subcontractors that they used to do my project varied wildly in terms of the quality of their work and experience. Working with On the Spot is not an experience I'll ever reflect upon with any fondness. Everyone has that friend/neighbor/realtor's nephew who had an awful experience with a contractor. Well in this case, I am that friend/neighbor/realtor's nephew and On the Spot is that contractor. Look elsewhere.
