these people wasted my time. they came out, looked over my job took some measurements and never…read moreresponded after that. then they have the nerve to complain that i only leave one star reviews. it's not true. i gave them two stars because of the three bidders, they were the only one to actually take any measurements. they try to discount my review because i have left other one star reviews. less because i typically only leave negative reviews because there's so many horrible contractors out there. i feel people need to be warned. i also leave five star reviews for outstanding companies. i tend not to leave reviews for people in the middle. next, he claimed that they don't even service my area! then why did they come out to measure? the simple fact is a job wasn't big enough for them. i explained on the phone in advance what i needed. when the fellow came out, he was trying to tell me i needed other things done, which i didn't need done. period fine don't even come out then if the job isn't big enough. stay home. but don't question my integrity when you folks wasted my time. i took time off from work to wait for someone to show up, who showed up late, who never gave me a bid. vigorous hand gestures to you.

We booked with them at the end of May and we were told that their estimated completion date would be about a month. The entire experience working with this company and the owner chris has been an absolute nightmare. They did not finish the project until early September, 2 and a half months later than anticipated. Not only was the timeline a complete mess, but the workers and the owner were completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and lazy. My husband drew out our basement to scale with measurements explaining exactly what he wanted done. It was not complicated, just a storage area and a half bath. Even with this given to the owner, the workers did things completely wrong, framed areas I did not need to be framed, and forgot areas that did need to be framed. We were never told what days or weeks they would be coming to do work so we had to leave our house unlocked seeing as my husband and I both work full-time. We had gone on vacation for a week and the owner asked if they could work while we were gone, and we agreed since it was already the end of June. We left our home unlocked for an entire week while out of state, and they did not show up to do any work not even once. A steel beam was required for support, and the owner ordered the wrong size which severely delayed the project even more. Every time we asked about an estimated completion date or the timeline, we were promised it would be done at the end of the week or next week, and this went on several times, for months. The workers unplugged the pump for the furnace and left it unplugged after leaving for the day, which could have flooded our relay box. When we brought it up to the owner, he denied that his workers would do that....We had nobody else in our basement. They also went several yards into our backyard and dumped piles of trash. Actual concrete, plastic and paper. Trash. Meanwhile we had 2 trash cans right next to the basement entrance. They left several cigarette butts in our driveway and in our yard. They constantly parked in our driveway, blocking both of our vehicles, making us have to ask every time we needed to leave the house. I understand if they need to unload or load stuff but they would just park in the driveway all day. One day (I am visibly 9 months pregnant at this point) I asked them to move so that I could leave and when I came back, they were in my spot in the driveway. I had to park in the road. The only reason they didn't install the HVAC system in the wrong place is because I happened to stop home at the time and they asked if I had a particular spot I wanted it. If they installed it where they were going to it would've required additional parts and costs on our end. One day they left our basement door wide-open after leaving for the day. They almost always left the lights on. At least one day they left the AC down there on 62. Once our toilet was installed down there, they urinated in it and left it sitting there. The mirror that we purchased for the bathroom was hung up with huge gouges in it and not only that, when my husband noticed it wasn't level he took it off to fix it, and he noticed that the anchor for that mirror was incredibly loose and wobbly. But they would have just left it like that. They also did not install any outlet in the bathroom. The floor trim had gaps in it that my husband had to point out for them to fix. I'm sure at this point you understand I could go on and on forever. Then they have the audacity to take before and after photos of our basement and post them to their Facebook claiming they make homeowners "dreams come true". It was an absolute nightmare and stress to deal with them for months. Bottom line is do NOT hire this unprofessional company.
