I threw them a few curve balls while they were there. After they were more than half way through the job I asked if they could do the gutters also along with putting a piece of flashing that was left off for years due to the power lines being in the way. I got aprice and agreed to have it done, and they got everything done by that afternoon.The pricing was very good,the roof came out beautifully. The yard was left cleaner than when they got there. It was a very pleasant experience with no surprise extra charges. Todd was back and forth at the job site the whole time. I gave my deposit and then was called several weeks later and said they could not do the job for that amount due to the rise in prices during COVID. The prices had already gone up when I was given the estimate, so I didn't understand why the sudden change. I think they realized that the estimate was on the low side.
