I'd seen this place highly recommended by several food bloggers, and I'm thrilled to say it absolutely lived up to the hype! As a bao lover, I'm always on the lookout for exceptional bao, and this restaurant definitely delivered.
I started with the pork belly bao, and it was truly out of this world. The pork belly was cooked to perfection - tender, succulent, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The bao itself was soft and fluffy, providing the perfect vessel for the rich pork belly.
I also tried the eggplant bao, which was good, but didn't quite reach the same heights as the pork belly. It was flavorful, but I felt it could have used a bit more oomph.
