We enrolled our son in this daycare sometime in Sept. 2024 (he was 1.5 years old), in the beginning it all seemed really nice, the staff were friendly and seemed to care about the kids. All that changed when one of the staff in the toddler class got fired because of alleged rough handling of one of the kids. After that, they seemed to always be short staffed, we didn't know which class to drop off our son, one time we would leave him in the infants area, next with the 3-year old, it was the same situation when picking him up, we had to walk all over the place to see where our son is. Additionally it's worth mentioning that every single day my son would come home with dirty face and hands, with snot all over his face, and almost every other week he was sick to the point that we had to keep him home. In few occasions when they were outside, we noticed kids playing with muddy water that had leaked from the drinking water fountain and had their faces in it and the staff would not interfere or stop the kids. we were fortunate to be on a waiting list for another daycare and my son's turn came up to get enrolled, but toward the last 2, 3 months in this daycare he didn't want to go, he was always upset during drop off and when picking him up, he would look upset until he would see us. All this, I do want to mention that I believe it is the management that is not good, the staff are most likely overworked and underpaid. If you care about your child's safety and health and if you have the means to not enroll him in this daycare, I would definitely suggest to stay away.

Both Alyssa's were great also. We had 24 kids so we reserved the GREEN room. They have a dodgeball area as well as a rock climbing wall The prices are reasonable, especially when you have younger kids shorter than 42". It only cost $7-$8 per kids. They also have an arcade area in the main lobby. Not a ton of games but enough to keep a kid busy for 30-45 minutes? A few of my negative experiences: 1. it's a smaller trampoline park and in a place like Redding, when it rains for example, the place is PACKED. 2. Even though they had a "little kid" section, there was no regulation. There were tons of older kids running around the toddler area, knocking over our toddler and baby. 3. the yelp hours, their website hours and their actual hours are not the same which is super frustrating. Yelp says they're open at 10am every day Their website says "Normal Hours: Monday - Friday : 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Saturday: 10 AM - 8 PM Sunday: 11 AM Their actual hours: 11am Monday - Friday (see photo) 4. No one answers the phone here. I tried calling at 10am, and continued to call every 15-20 minutes without anyone ever answering the phone. Then around 2:30pm someone finally answered and confirmed they opened at 11am that morning... Which sucked because by the time we got their after 3:30 the place was slammed and our kids were overran by older kids. Over all I'd give it a 3 stars. I don't know if the venue or the wedding party paid to bring in giant water cooler fans (2 of them) which helped a little. As a guest I thought I was going to pass out. For this particular wedding they opted to have a food truck which was outside and partially under a shaded area. I did not see if they would be able to have food catered. If so I'd go casual and BBQ route. The restrooms were very nice and super clean thank goodness. The property itself is extremely secluded and off the beaten path. If that's what you want then go for it. The staff of the property seemed very slim to none and they did not seem to offer the usual wedding type assistance that I'm familiar with. Maybe this was based upon the type of package our wedding party purchased I don't know. Most of the traditional aspects of what you'd see for a schedule of events at a wedding did not occur.
