The existing reviews lead me to believe Sam knows quality work but, tired of being in the sun, wanted me to accept the noise. He offered to apply WD40 as a fix which I explained that was not a sufficient permanent fix. Unacceptable attitude and terrible customer experience. Update: Sam took an additional 1.5 hours; couldn't fix noise issue. Apologized for his outburst and threat of lein. Offered to: replace defective motor, but needed to take, or take defective motor and refund deposit. Pff, took deposit. I would have appreciated the apology more had it been offered sans excuses.
